For the juiciest pulled pork of your life, shred the meat, add it back to ALL of the rendered fat, then cook on high for one hour. It will soak up almost all of the fat and become one of the best things you will ever eat.

Looks Bland. Salt? Pepper? Why not mix and combine the ranch and cream cheese, then add to the chicken? Add some jalapeno or some herbs? Is the chicken seasoned? Why not 8 hours on low to get it really tender?

You're going to get a decent amount of salt from the ranch seasoning, cheddar and bacon.
You don’t need extra salt if your putting a ranch packet in there, that stuff already has a shitload of salt in it
