It looks like you're just making it harder on yourself with unnecessary movements. I would say if you're a fan of the static holds in your sets, incorporate that into an actual squat. I feel like you would get a lot more out of your workouts if you don't try to train your core and biceps at the same time, they don't correlate and work together well

Hey Taylor, just saw your video on Ones Ready. I'm currently training for SR. I have disc degeneration in my lumbar and a herniation in my L3-L4. I go to Chiro twice a week, always train(mobility lol) before the actual session(testing lol). I also do a cool down but what you said was like a light ball moment for me. What would you recommend for my spine specifically going into the meat grinder of the SR pipeline. I've already binged watched half your stuff and love it! Have you worked with Nate Morrison before?

Start with bodyweight body rows and some bicep curls, build strength in your biceps and back, don't rush, don't worry, everyone was a beginner bro
