    Like the video good information but last time I fought bare knuckle I threw the jab he returned I slipped the right and lit him up. If your boxing at a 45 is about head movement and mobility. Just like tyaon6

    Hello nice vid ive got a technical question

  • @jonathaningram2469
    @jonathaningram2469 4 года назад

    All in all, good video, but there are some legitimate reasons to not step forward and switch stances. Any time you do, you temporarily present your whole body as a target. Also, midstep, there is always a time where you are off balance. There are still good times to switch stances with a shift and it is good to know, but you should be aware of potential weaknesses.

    • @billybosson3151
      @billybosson3151 5 лет назад

      Bodyboarding Chronicles sure , differences are really about when you recognize what's needed , if your early in timing , you have more time to redirect and move ( shield ) ... if your late in timing , that limits your movement adding to the force ( block ) ...

    1.) Thank you for sharing your experience. 2.) What kind of dummy is this? Looks like you modified it? Actually I´m looking out for some examples of good self-made dummys. Would like to build one on my own. Do you have any suggestions?

    • @billybosson3151
      @billybosson3151 7 лет назад

      chongshim center thank you , the dummy is a self standing heavy bag from pro boxing in California , the striking pads are made out of 1 1/2 inch pvc pipe , wrapped with high impact rubber padding and duck tape ... I attached the striking pads with tie down straps ... hope this helps you ...
