Hi I don't know any download links for them, sorry
I owned an snes and played jurassic park, went to my cousins seen this game. Instant jealously. I love this game
First game on Amiga, born 1976
Back then games like that weren’t that mature
This game is an absolute masterpiece
Loved this game so much back in the day on my Amiga 500. Can't count the number of times I flew under the Golden Gate bridge.
Probably the first 3D open world game ever
I like the music too it
Awesome
A nice game ever
You and me both
How you master the game
They got so much right with this game. In spite of the frame rate being a little low (though still very good for the time), the one thing this game did superbly - and better than any other game of the era - was to make you feel like you were actually flying a plane. Principally, this was done with the outstanding sound effects - but also with the realistic way the landscape was updated and the way the plane responded to your controls: it just FEELS right. Add to that, the little shudders the plane undergoes when the afterburners kick in and the sound of the plane being (apparently) buffeted by cross-winds. No other flight simulator even attempted to achieve this visceral sense of "being there". Other games may have had a smoother frame rate - but it only ever looked and felt like shapes being drawn on a computer screen. In Interceptor, you feel like you are flying over an actual landscape. Note: this video seems to have been taken off a dimmed screen. The actual game was never this dark-looking.
I'm only here for pointers to level 28

The sound on my snes version was better, but the frame rate here seems a lot better. It chugged.
I never played this on snes. Did it look different? Guess I should go search 😅
That beautiful flourish of music when you are handed an item... If only life was like that
❤
This game was the reason I became a pilot. It blew me away the first time I played it. That was 1990.....I was 15 years old. Where has time gone?
Omg I LOVED this game when I was a kid and hearing the music took me straight back to being 8 years old lol
Game,soundtrack and player from a different planet.👍
Ohh man! Tolles Spiel! Schöne Zeit!

I had a burnt copy on disc. No instructions. Had no idea how to play always crashed. Never got anywhere. Seeing this now at 43 is a blessing. Thank you.
Also had a copy on disc. After a few weeks I found out just by trying each button. What a times, I'm downloading msfs2024 at this moment, came here to see my first sim that changed evrything in my life, I salut it!
This game deserves a remake.
This was the life.
The music sounds a bit like The Last Ninja
21:03 Ending!
I wonder why the game has some similarities with Altered Beast. The combat where you punch, the sounds the character makes when he gets hit, also the eyeball enemies kind of remind me of that one boss from the cave level. I still find this game interesting though. Wish it was included on the Amiga 500 Mini, which is weird it wasn’t since that’s the console it debuted on, it didn’t have anything to do with sales did it? Back when the game first came out, it wasn’t like one of those cult following games that didn’t do well financially, right?
We must make Ubermutants great again. From nowadays perspective these games look like the work of a provocative 14 year old student with anger issues about his history teacher and it may be hard to understand why so many people cared for this, but this was 1992 and a revolutionary step in the evolution of computer games. Time flew by so very fast and you could kill Hitler in other games too, but Mecha-Hitler, Otto Giftmacher, Dr. Schbbs, the Grosse family and the others were always something else.
Mein Leben!
Looks a bit like Retaliator on the PC
I think it's better to use your cannon on the people instead of wasting missles.
You missed the co-pilot in mission 2
Will Urban Strike be next?
It's on my list, definitely
@@reignofvictories2573 Ah nice :)
Era il 1988 ,quanti ricordi!F18 interceptor è stato Il mio secondo simulatore di volo dopo F19 stealth fighter per C64! Fu un grande passo avanti, con F18 ti sentivi un vero pilota! Era il 1988......😢
The enemies you face in this game are a bunch of assholes and some brute bastards as well!
Mega poor port.
こんなにしっかり作り込まれてるのに、BGMだけが仕様と違うのが惜しい。惜しすぎる
This and Sherman M4 were my favorite simulators.
This looks amazing for its age. Good times connecting two Amigas together with a Null Modem cable
Maybe one day the guys from microsoft releases something like *rise of Cuzco* or *rise of Tenochtitlan* , it gonna be great.
Whaaat?
This classic came with the Amiga 500 Batman pack along with F/A18 Interceptor and Deluxe Paint 2 !!! Memories, creativity and excitement everyday after school!!
Same here 🙂
Same here. I would cycle back with my friends from Teddington school and call into their house along the way home in Hinchley Wood Surrey and play on their Amiga in their front room, and watch Neighbors on TV and have a cup of tea. I remember playing New Zealand story, it was great!
Yeah that was my childhood too lol…. And there was a game where you could be a jeep or helicopter and you had to shoot enemies as scroll left to right, I loved that game but I can’t remember the name
Arcade version is the best version
I play this game once a day for the last 25 years and never got past 1_4
2:17:46 bye, Elsa.
The Xenomorph: Ya Dawg.. ? Wanna score Ganja N` Stuff?? xD xD xD
Remember visiting relatives in Germany in 1989. My cousin couldn't speak much english, I spoke even less German, but we spent several hours playing this in his bedroom far into the night on his Amiga PC and had a blast. I couldn't believe how far computers had come in just a few years from the Apple II.
Thank you so much. I remember playing Lemmings on the Amiga 500 in the 90's, loved it so much!
Your welcome! Glad you enjoyed!
