I am interested in knowing if there has been any progress/solutions for correcting the immune system via gene therapy. (I have lived with hypersensitivity for almost 18 years, but increasingly, it appears the end is near for me). I have searched innumerable web sites, but the trials I have read about (on people), have commonly resulted in death of test subjects, usually within 24-to-72 hours after attempt of treatment (correction/modification via genes).
