      Yes, they have orientation either every week or every 2 weeks. Once you speak to a recruiter they will give you your orientation date. The recruiter that goes to the school is a field recruiter not your actual recruiter, someone from the chatt office in recruiting department will reach out to you either by phone or email and that will be your recruiter for the company.

    Hey Have a question. I had an accident almost a year ago. Non Injury/ fatality. Covenant does allow you no more than 1 in the last year. So could i just wait until its been more than a year and re-apply?? Should be good then right?? Thank you in advance!!

    • @CVENObsessed

      Yes, just wait to apply, but they will still ask you during the application process if you have had any accidents/incidents, or citations just don't lie on the app or to the recruiter and let them tell you what the process is to get back in also have the dmv printout and a police report if one was taken so you can submit it if need be.

    • @CVENObsessed
      @CVENObsessed Год назад

      Hazmat is key to not only getting loads, but also not being restricted to certain loads, plus both of your pay will be higher and you'll be eligible for the guarantee pay, if miles are still low. Hazmat is first and most important endorsement to have, the others are just bonus, but helps to have so you can take any and every load they toss at you guys.

      @CVENObsessed Год назад

      @@feltonbrooks768 yes, pay is legit you will be on 2 different pay for cpm, but in 5 months he will make the same as you will.. endorsements matter, so the most important is hazmat, always keep track of your miles, as a whole meaning if the truck ran 5500 miles for that week, keep track of that so you guys have proof of what you ran, mistakes happen and you always want to have back up, payroll can mix things up and in the beginning sometimes our checks don't always reflect what we run, BUT it's fixable, and it's only in the beginning. Everything irons out when you guys are set in the system, be careful about taking out advances because you will get small checks, also depending on your deductions for insurance and benefits will also change the look of your pay.
