    Lower Calorie Lasagne Meal Preps 👩🏻‍🍳✨ This one requires a little bit more prep but my GOODNESS is it worth it - me and my partner both demolished the entire container hahaha so I hope you enjoy! Also… thank you so much for 190k! ✨🫶🥳 Ingredients per serve: 10g diced frozen onion (1/4 onion) 50g chopped carrot 50g chopped corguette 25g chopped mushrooms 120g 5% lean beef mince 1/4 tbsp tomato puree 1/2 Can tinned chopped tomatoes 1/2 tsp garlic 1/2 tsp mixed herbs 50g light soft cheese 75ml semi skimmed milk (approx) 1/4 tbsp cornflour 10g cheddar cheese Salt & Pepper to taste Method: Add cooking spray to a hot pan, and add your onion and garlic. Then add chopped carrot and corguette for 6-8 minutes until softened and golden Then add chopped mushroom and stir in until starts to brown and soften Then add the mince and mix into everything else until starts to brown (5 mins or so) Then add the tomato puree & chopped tomatoes and simmer. Also add herbs - I added garlic, mixed herbs, salt, pepper Then whilst that simmers away and thickens let’s make the cheese sauce! You want to add 1/4 tbsp and 1/2 tbsp milk and make a paste (remember that is for one dish so x it by the number of meal preps you are doing! Then add more and more milk, stirring as you go to make sure the paste melts into the milk and thickens. Then add soft cheese and continue cooking until it’s a lovely thick creamy sauce, stirring as you go. Then layer on your pasta sheets. I found you only need 2 pasta sheets per meal prep! So it goes -mince -pasta -cheese sauce -mince -pasta -cheese sauce Then sprinkle on extra cheese and cook in the oven for 20-30 minutes until the top is nice and golden! Enjoy!     White chocolate & raspberry protein pancakes 🥞 This whole stack of pancakes including toppings works out 540 calories & 40.4g protein. To make it lower calorie change the 4 squares of white chocolate to a sugar free alternative like sugar free syrup :) Save for later 🫶 You will need: For the pancakes: 60g self raising flour 🌱 1 egg 🥚 1 scoop speculoos flavour protein powder (or any plain ish sweet flavour) 40ml Greek style yoghurt 🥛 40ml milk of choice 🥛 1/2 tsp baking powder For the topping: 10-15 raspberries 4 squares white choc (melted) Method -Add all the pancake ingredients into a bowl and mix together -cook on a low heat and turn half way through -stack the pancakes and add the toppings For all your fitness, nutrition and accountability check out @youmadenewcoaching for transformations and testimonials Follow @nickigeorgiou for more!     Easy Chicken Curry One Pot Meal Preps 👩🏻‍🍳✨ Ingredients per serve: 150g chicken breast 50g dry uncooked basmati (or any) rice 1 tsp mild curry powder (I used tikka masala) 1/2 tsp garam masala 1/4 red onion 25g pepper 5 cherry tomatoes chopped in half 1/4 tin light coconut milk 1tsp dark soy sauce 50ml chicken stock Method: Pop all the ingredients into your meal prep dish. Stir together, be sure the rice is fully coated. Cook in the oven at 190 Celsius for about 40-45 minutes or until the chicken & rice is fully cooked. Enjoy!     MEAL PREP: ONE POT CHEESY PESTO CHICKEN BAKE 👩🏻‍🍳 This meal prep is one of the easiest and tastiest I’ve done so far. Comment below when you try it or tag someone you’ll make this with! Ingredients: per serving (I have made 4 here) 150g chicken breast (diced) 50g basmati uncooked rice 15g pesto 30g low fat greek yoghurt 100ml chicken gravy (or chicken stock) 10g green beans 3-4 cherry tomatoes cut in half 15g mozzarella Method: Preheat the oven to 190 degrees In glass OVEN PROOF meal prep containers (link in my amazon storefront) add your rice, chicken, pesto, yoghurt and gravy and stir together. Then add your green beans, tomatoes & mozzarella and pop in the oven for 30-35 minutes or until the chicken is cooked Eat or cool and store in the fridge for 3 days or freezer for one month. Make sure meal is thoroughly re-heated before eating.     BAKED OATS 4 WAYS 🫐🥣👩🏻‍🍳 Base Recipe (per container)

½ cup rolled oats (50g)
20g protein powder
60g ripe banana 25g fat free yoghurt (I use skyr)
1 egg ½ teaspoon baking powder
Pinch salt
Cooking spray 🍓Raspberry White Chocolate

2 tablespoons raspberries (50g)
4 squares white chocolate (you can also use white chocolate protein spread) 🫐Blueberry Muffins 
2 tablespoons blueberries (50g)
10g granola (for crunch)
Dash cinnamon 🍪 Biscoff 10g biscoff spread 1-2 biscoff 🍯 Baklava 1 tsp honey 5g chopped nuts (before cooking) 5g nuts (after cooking) Method 👏🏼 Smash the banana and then add the egg. Add in the oats, protein powder, baking powder, salt if needed, and stir together. If adding berries or nuts, stir into mixture, otherwise add toppings on top after cooking Cook in the air fryer (I did 170 for 8-10 mins) if only doing one OR if all four, bake in the oven for 190 for 12-15 minutes or longer if you want cooked through bake for longer :) Macros (pre toppings) 405 calories 32.1g protein For all your fitness, nutrition and accountability check out @youmadenewcoaching for transformations and testimonials Follow @nickigeorgiou for more! #recipe #healthyrecipe #caloriedeficitmeals #highproteinrecipes #mealprepideas
