My Windows 10 21h1 runs perfectly on this Dell and consumes 1-2% CPU idle and 1.2-1.4gb RAM, first I installed the original image on a flash drive, updated all drivers and Windows itself through the update center, also the latest wrong version of GPU driver was automatically installed which caused the system to freeze every 3-5 seconds. I rolled back this driver through the Device Manager and installed the old version of the driver from 2015, now everything works smoothly. I also removed the automatically installed update to 22h2 and rolled back the system to 21h2 via Control Panel, because 21H1 is much faster and weighs much less. I uninstalled all unnecessary applications from Microsoft via Powershell, I completely disabled Windows Protector and disabled Windows Update Center, I removed all telemetry on the system using O&O ShutUp10++++ and my HOST file blocking requests from Microsoft, I disabled disk indexing, disabled ReservStorage and enabled CompactOS via CMD. Now my system runs very smooth and fast! I also bought a Samsung 860evo SSD and 8gb DDR3L RAM, the system boots in 10 seconds without the fastboot feature, I am very impressed and happy, the effort was not in vain! 1080P 60FPS video runs smoothly and without freezes in Thorium browser, also Firefox with Betterfox tweak from Github is pretty fast browser on this old laptop.

@@ckaushal Do you have the same Laptop? Task Manager main Process tab mein kaun sa process CPU, Memory, ya Disk usage continue kar raha hai? Dekhiye, agar aap aachi performance chahte hai to 8GB RAM to Windows 10 ke liye hone chahiye. Otherwise, you can ask ChatGPT that which startup services you can turn off using Services.msc. to avoid the load on resources.
