Vilma & Sami is a travelling, world folk music duo. We propose here some of the songs from our repertoire.

The songs we learned were shared by local musicians we met while travelling, or at "Ethno" global music gatherings (www.ethno-world.org).

By publishing videos in which we perform folk and traditional music, we want to encourage people to listen to and learn music, languages and cultures around the globe. We want to "bring the world to your living room".

In these videos we propose our version of some traditional and folk songs. We learned them from local people, but we do not pretend to represent these cultures.

Naturally, we strongly encourage our audience to listen to the original or local musicians' versions of these songs, to get a more authentic vision and experience. And whenever we can, we will point links to such versions.
