Its bitter because its essentially burnt and then we add milk and sugar to it. (Not sure how we found this out? Maybe someone tried cooking their cacao and then burnt the shit our of it and was like well ill add milk and sugar and not waste it I guess)

Hello dear and welcome to morocco, you literately got the essentials, ( FYI: the roses are not from desert neither are cactus roses) we use the water of it as a face toner mostly, specially for dry and sensitive skin, and if the roses are dry as the ones you got, we just blend them and use as a mask mixed with natural yogurt or we drink it as a fusion, we also mix it with some other herbs and apply it on our body in the Hammam….and some other things 🩷🩷🩷
