I agree. On the piano you have to play the bass, the chords, and the melody. And the sound is constantly fading away so you really have to keep playing all 3 all the time.

I do think about that. My conclusion is it sounds better on the keyboard. Thank you for the comment.

Hi Peter, Yes, that is your sub stick! I’ve had the Genos2 for about a month. Quite a step up from Tyros 5. Lots to learn in respect to how to get around the keyboard. The voices are great and lots of new different styles. Almost every non factory style I had on the Tyros 5 works well on the Genos2. I don’t think I will ever make styles. I’ll just play someone else’s styles. Have a great one. Thanks, Larry

Mark, I looked at your bio. I started playing when I was 8. 62 years ago. I started working in a piano and organ store at age 12 and work there until age 30. It was the largest single piano and organ store in the United States. From age 22 to age 30 I was the top salesman every month except for about 6 months and sold more pianos and organs than anyone in the country. They are still in business today and still family owned. If you google ‘BHA Piano Center’ you can see thier web site or pianocenter.com. Just thought you might find it interesting.
