Carrot&Wanda needs max barrier pierce and you need 6 turns of hunger reduction. Carrot&Wanda, Hiyori and Green Bull have this ability, so make sure you have 6 in total. The only important support is Jean Bart, the rest just increases damage and it works without them as well. You need enough HP to survive the 60k end of turn damage on stage 3, so I recommend a 20k HP ship like Merry Go or Whale ...

Not much is really essential here. All supports and ship just increase damage somehow. If you don't have Zoro, you can use another Strawhat boosting ATK.

You need a total of 8 turns bind reduction. I get 4 from Merry Go lvl12, 3 from Ace support on Luffy and 1 from support on Nami/Carina. If you don't have support on Nami/Carina, you could stall for ship special effect. You need to have quite some HP for stage 4, because Dadan reduces HP and you need to tank some burn. If you don't have Oden/Kinemon/Denjiro, you can use any paralysis reducer.
