What a lovely country you live in and great fishing. It reminds me of the Scotland I lived in when a boy many years ago. You are lucky living in a country with lot of space and not a lot of people. Unfortunately I live in a small country with a large population so the wild places are not so wild these days. Sadly the salmon isn't as frequent these days even in your country. That said a nice fish your salmon, about the size common in UK rivers though there are still a few of the larger grey backs around in UK rivers but they are not as abundant as they once were.
