I've been ignoring the Stream migration thing.... a user asked... still ignoring it.... Tom calling it a "dumpster fire" makes me want to hide.

Pronouns yes you need to activate it. Suggest folks discuss with management before switching it on as it is optional but some orgs just don't see the value.

Request for files needs anonymous links enabled 😢 latest option is to allow it on SharePoint where as it has been in OneDrive for a while. It's a great feature but if your IT security policy doesn't allow anonymous it is painful. We use a separate tenant to use this feature.

thank you guys, approval flow is a great feature. I wonder 30 days time out setting carries on. It was a big gatcha for one of my workflow because end users want to make the wait time longer than 30 days.

Hi, SharePoint libraries visualization with PowerBI does need a PowerBI pro license to create your own varations. If you don't have a license it will prompt you for a trial unless you have switched that off. The delete files in SharePoint is scary. Why Microsoft does not make the unsuncing from OneDrive process as clear and as sumpme as the sync function is a mystery to me. Also when you do remove sync whaly it leaves files you may have edited and folders is just confusing.
