Yes the bounce back does smell like rose. I just got the 3 pack, starter pack. It comes with the fresh start, bounce back & level up. So far, I like it. Im 40 & had no skincare rountine so I got the starter pack, with all full size products, for $30 from Wal-Mart. My skin wasn't looking good & 40 isn't that old, especially once u get to this age, u realize it's still fairly young 😂😂😂 Its made my skin look pretty with just 1 use. The reason why people say the bounce back toner has a rose fragrance is because rose water is one of their ingredients but it's not fragrance it truly is rose water and rose water is a thing some toners have because it's good for the skin and if you want you can look into that
