My favourite thing about the Dune series is that it can be used to pretty much instantly determine which channels are using AI because computers simply cant wrap their heads around how to pronounce half the Dune vocabulary (just as butler intended.)

I mean to be fair expecting ANY answers to a fallout mystery is asking a LOT usually they leave enough evidence to argue for all sides of a debate and leave it up to us to understand for example who dropped the bomb there's been evidence for every suspect with the top 3 fan suspects usually being China America or vault tec but until the show it was never outright confirmed but take your pick ghouls and how they are created is a mystery but enough evidence you could argue genetics evolution and/or science experiment gone wrong there is evidence for all 3

The meaning has already been explained, and, bummer, for those who were expecting a larger and more sinister reveal, poor them. Angkhooey is nowhere near legendary words-with-hidden-meanings, like nowonmai (The Exorcist) or redrum (The Shining). And those words were in English, unlike angkhooey. The closest word which sounds like angkhooey is ang ku kueh, the name of a Chinese delicacy. Don't bother searching for hidden meanings in the latter because there are none.
