Awesome cover from Ashley McBryde - she put a nice twist on the lyrics only knowing the first verse. Her twist was fitting for the audience. Keep kicking ass Ashley!

Ashley McBryde is the real deal. I first heard her when Eric Church pulled her on stage to sing this song. It was awesome hearing it live at the Iowa State Fair.

Eric closed out the Church Choir Party with "Holdin' My Own" which sounds amazing on acoustic.

As he has in the past, Eric played a new song at his annual Church Choir Party. At the beginning, he talks about writing the song on the way to the show while stuck in traffic and the meaning behind the song. This song shows how genuine he truly is as an artist and a human being. Enjoy!

Just wrapping up my 6th day on the ice for 2015. Caught a few and gave my buddy a little taste of ice fishing.

Took my buddy Justin out with me today. We got a late start as I sliced my thumb open with a pocket knife. Only 5 stitches, but 3 hours in the ER was a little ridiculous.

Sometimes you just feel like that guy that can get a prom date. I never had that problem :)

I was really frustrated and had to lighten the mood.
