I had no idea that some people could smell ants before today. This is so bizarre

I was at the ranch earlier and we came back from the blind well I had chips I was eating and I had them on the porch and when we were on the road I started to eat them again well it had a weird taste I let my friend try it and he said it tasted like paint thinner or something then I feel crawling on my leg and I looked in the bag and a bunch of ants and when I smelled the bag it smelled like nail polish this is the first time I can say I ate ants and they tasted nasty

I realllly wanted to find the science behind why Kooaburras laugh .. lol I was a tour guide too and we had to watch out for ‘drop bears’ .. us guides would joke .. but yeah So far it seems the recurring fact is that the kooka laughing is ‘establishing family territory’ .. Probably also so that most water possible dribbles down on the ground to be absorbed. Instead of being sat on the leaves and evaporate.
