    Thank you very much for playing!!! Glad you had fun. Yeah all these maps are quite short, beatable in under 10 minutes easy, while at the same time being massive. In some of these maps I left quite a few Easter Eggs up to the player to find or not, at their leisure. Some of the hardest fights in the 2nd half of the map set are completely optional, so the player can just run past them or choose to engage if they so wish to :) . Wishing you lots of fun with the rest of the set. Let me know if you have any questions ;) . And don't forget that you are encouraged to IDCLIP to the 5 minute door if you can't get to it in time!

    I had to Google this game. This is a wild plot: Zombie Nation is a bizarre and unique NES game released in 1991. The story revolves around a floating samurai head named Namakubi who must save the United States from an alien threat that has turned the population into zombies.

    @1:56 He doesn't have enough room to move about properly... that cube looks to be just about his hitbox size. I've run into that a few times and the solution always appears to be... simply giving them a little more space to move about. But this is a really nice looking level.

    i came here to ask why the assets arent showing for me then i looked in the description. you use woof. i use gzdoom. strange. cus i thought most decorate stuff works with gz doom. if it was meant to work with gz doom. i'd like for you to suggest some fixes to me. cus ngl. i wanna mess about with this stuff in doom builder

      @@greenwolfpupstudios3240 I know the self-res av and ressurectable corpses do not work in gz. no idea why, probably a bug that will be fixed in the future? are there other things that don't work? I can look into it and try to make it work

    I’m not sure I’m educated enough to understand what’s going on here. Is this any different from the maps that others have made where they have dead monsters in the map, to be resurrected later when the Arch appears? Kill count is already up over 0, vs. what you did here where they are decorations and not towards kill count?

    Nice job beating the final fight in one try! Yeah the layout is a bit confusing, probably the map's most glaring flaw. I tried to make it so that when you get "locked" in to one of the paths, even if you get lost, you can only progress forward even by accident. I probably wouldn't make something with this type of progression again, but a big part of the premise was "non-linear city" with lots of optional paths to explore, which naturally owes itself to getting a bit lost.

    Imho destructable/revivable corpsepile feels a bit off, but the punching pain elemental THAT FLYING MEATBALL SWINGING THOSE LITTLE ARMS that just got me I'm dying

      @@the_lamp My thoughts exactly, you finally gave him his right to self-defense against melee. As for the corpse pile - it looks weird that you can see pain elemental death animaton when the corpse pile is destroyed, I guess that's my ma8n issue, but maybe the idea of lost souls and pain elementals being created from the destruction of a pile of corpses is pretty cool now that I think about it

    I think John Landis intended for you to DODGE the green fireballs and scratches at the beginning. He designed it to be completed no-saves speed run. That’s what I heard, anyways.
