Thanks! I’d love to have the crew in on this outside of just VO. This takes so long to record though that we’d use up our time and only have 1 video a month lol. Maybe we can work in a one off with one of them showing up at some point.

@@HerdofCatsGaming As a VA I certainly understand, and Im sure the recording process is so much more than just you coming off the cuff as you play. Scenes have to be set up and "camera's" in the right places and properly coordinated. I just love the concept, reminds me of old school Rooster Teeth (Red vs Blue), adding the creatures as characters, makes this super unique and I am here for it!!!

Thanks! Glad you like it! This is my (Jasper's) ideal content type to make. I wish we could do more in this style, but we just don't have the time yet for more than one cinematic series. Maybe one day if the channel goes somewhere. Anyway, episode 10 is slated for today at 3:00pm PST!

For sure. Something like what we had on Prison bridge would have helped. I think we had a demo or two go off that did some damage. I'm also betting Madruk got bored and pulled out the rocket launcher...

@@chrisschlegel-z6e It’s whatever the latest 1.x stable build is. I’ve noticed some odd behavior in some of the bases where certain zombies don’t show up. We had demo guys in the staircase base and the leg breaker, but none in this one and maybe one in the domes of doom. Had a bunch of vultures in the leg breaker but barely any in the others. I’m thinking we do darkness falls or something in future base videos to up the difficulty lol

everybody's got to start somewhere, and they seem to have good chemistry together, would love to put a Neebsesque gaming troupe of my own together and do the same myself. Only thing that kind of made me face palm was the death counter, but it is a fun add to the videos, and how else exactly are you supposed to add something like that, without it being an exact copy of the neeb's death counter? maybe format it differently, so it doesn't feel like an exact copy. Other than that, I thought this was a fun video.

@@durangosoul2969 I (Jasper) have been a fan of theirs for years. Got inspired to make content like they do and learned how to edit from watching Ada’s old editing videos. I consciously make an effort to avoid copying outright and honestly didn’t look at their death counter to make mine. Probably just visually ingrained in my subconscious after all this time. I’ll cross check to avoid that in the future. Thanks for the feedback!

@@FamilyProudFamilyStrong Thank you, and welcome to the Herd! We’ve got a cinematic Ark series that’s more like a scripted TV show. Jasper plays but we work in the rest of the group via dinosaur voice over. We think it’s awesome! Aside from that we have a variety of quicker format games that we play to fill in the gaps between the cinematic series.

@@scottallan6926 Welcome back! We hope you had some good rest and relaxation (though probably not cause you know…kids). This video proves nothing in regards to whether Jasper did, or did not turn Pud and Bait into ghosts. Jasper denies all allegations. Madruk reveling in his mayhem as usual… This base worked out great! Good luck trying it out yourself! Jasper’s base did pretty good, though we wouldn’t recommend the extra feature the shepherd added… Getting the dino voices for Ark 9 done next and then Pud’s base is up after that. Lots more good stuff to come!
