Hey, loving the idea of breaking down your chains/tracks, as this inspire some extra creativity sparks, and personally Skrillex was once my idol that got me into making electronic music in the first place (though I was too lazy to re-create myself yet). I will be more than happy to see more breakdown videos of older remakes coming down the 2025! Subbed with pleasure in the meantime =)

FM8 was used for (i think) all the synths in the drop, i noticed it because of the waveforms

Ben Jordan said brostep isn't good but other dubstep subgenres are in his "dubstep is really hard to make" video, and I just don't understand how people can not like this. Brostep from this era is the dubstep zenith. It's like old school dubstep, rock, and neurofunk mixed.

He used FM8. Not massive. That is why is sounds so bad on the drop
This remake is pretty good, all sounds are almost identical, I would bury the growls in the mix more, sometimes they conflicted with the vocals.
