On that channel I explain how to invest in Central Florida Real Estate. On this one, I show you why it is all worth while. They Took Away My Gator
One of the harder things for Northerners to get used to when relocating to Florida is the presence of so many alligators. If you are near water, assume you are near a gator. That said, they are pretty docile and attacks are extremely rare. If, however, you remain afraid of gators, animal control will come out and take them away.

It's awesome to see the shake shack still kicking!!! Really some of the best time's of my life there and at the park after school! I'm 51😑😑😑
The seafood manicotti is amazing. They delivered a huge spread during Covid for my birthday. The Treehouse is also a good restaurant.

I still prefer Hallandale Beach Florida it’s a beautiful city with beautiful beaches and restaurants and businesses and a growing communities.
All the coolest sites in Auburndale are in Lakeland 😂

Where from?
A friend took me last year. We only had drinks and the famous monster meatball. I can't really comment on the food since we only had an app. Our bartender was super friendly and being from NY that's not the norm here to be made to feel so welcome. The ambience was gorgeous. I'm into the fairy garden plant thing it has going on. So its an experience to go at night when its all lit up. I just wish it hadn't been raining!

I'm a resident. Don't compare it to crappy chains like Olive Garden. Food is outstanding. Decor is shabby chic. Best martinis in the city. Service is excellent, very welcoming. If you are on a Burger King budget, this place isn't for you. The days of $20 dinners in a fine dining restaurant disappeared 15 years ago. The Garlic is a great place for a romantic date.

It's all good but the us postal cannot handle all of the new residents. It needs to expand
I suspect that they will need to expand many services to accommodate the influx. This means more jobs and new infrastructure which are both positives.

Master Bok had to be at least a 33 degree Mason he built Bok Tower on the highest ground in Central Florida. And if you know your Bible and the high places in the Old Testament that's where they built temples to bail ashra any name you want to choose it's all symbolic of Satan worship. Look up the video on the founders room and you'll see a hexagram Mr Bach and his architect claim The High Ground for Satan in 1929 20 years before Israel was a nation again. And if you think the guy the Bible put a hexagram over his chosen people in Israel you're wrong that's the United Nations did that part oh yeah the guy that did the ground for the Washington mall is the same God that did the grounds for Bob Tower that's just another coincidence

Thank you for the positive feedback. Not sure if it made the final edit, but the tower itself is engraved with scenes from Genesis.
