Your insights on squat technique were really helpful. How do you recommend adjusting form when transitioning to heavier weights, especially to prevent injury?
Really appreciate the support and I’m glad you found the video helpful! The most straightforward answer I could give you is: Form comes FIRST. Your form should remain consistent regardless of the weight that you’re lifting. I emphasize technique because most injuries tend to happen when a part of your technique fails: not bracing your core, knees caving inwards, not pushing your hips back to initiate the squat, etc. Master your form and technique FIRST, so that your muscle memory kicks in once you move up in weight. Also, many people believe that there’s some secret sauce to squatting heavy, but the only way to squat more is to SQUAT MORE. Find the weight where your technique starts to waver just a bit, and then train just below that weight until you feel confident. Then, up the weight and check your form. I hope that helps and let me know if you have any other topics you want to see me cover. Thanks again!

You're a beast bro, but this is what confuses me with my reps and ppl that do pull up, i can bang out 10-12 clean ones lol goin from dead hang, so i guess its tempo of pull ups ,why i cant bang out shit loads. And ROM
Thanks bro, 10-12 clean reps from dead hang is solid! You're going to see endless theories about what's the "best" way to build strength, but I still find it important to explore your rep max even if you sacrifice some ROM. A faster tempo will definitely lead to more reps, but controlling your ROM will also build strength. If you want to boost your endurance, try mixing up your tempo: start with controlled reps, then finish with faster ones to squeeze out more. You're already grinding man so keep killing it!💪🏿
