    is there any reason as to why my remote-red is blank for long periods of time? it doesnt seem to connect quickly

    Hi, my system worked well for a year, but now when I want to enter with the app get this message: "You do not have permission to view this resource, <a href='/admin/#/login'>Please Login</a>" I successfully redone the connection with the QR code but the message continues to come up.     I'm asking for some help with using the "remote access" node in Node-RED. It doesn't seem to work, and I received this message in the debugger: starting ssh process ssh process error:Error: spawn ssh ENOENT ssh process stopped (close: -4058 / null)

    It works. But it takes too long time to connect ui and change between tabs. I suggest fixing this critical problem.

    It's a great idea but it doesn't work very well. It takes almost five minutes to open the dashboard. It will open for a few seconds then lose connection.

    Hello, I have a question. When paying for remote access service to my red node panel, can I access the panel from multiple mobile devices or do I have to make a payment for each mobile device I connect from?

      @@grandbro7954 you have to change the Base URL to fit the dashboard you are using, in my case it was "/dashboard/page1"

    that great can you make any pateron i want this project to keep on could you make video how to secure connection or describe how safe is to use? as well it was useful to make roles for example one person can only view and one person as engineer can change value i need to check if you need put username and password when you use app

    Hi ! Great video ; I followed your tutorial but when I try to generate a QR code, I get a popup saying "Error while registering instance: self-signed certificate in certificate chain" ; do you know how I could fix this ? (I'm on Windows 10). Thanks in advance !

      Sorry for the long delay.. I found what happened. If you use a self signed certificate to use https locally, this happens. I just released my Remote-RED nodes in Version 1.5.1. There it will work with self signed certs.

      The number of gauges does not change. It displays the Node-RED Dashboard as it would shown on the mobile browser. But without paying the inappropriate subscription remote access won't run..

    Hello! I have two questions: 1. the remote question node doesn't output anything for me when I select an answer on my iPhone 8. No debug messages, no true, false whatever... 2. I understand it's paid but does it mean that I should make separate purchases for my phone and my girlfriend's android phone?

      Hi. To 1: Is remote access working normally when you are not in the WiFi network at home? Maybe the connection did not work correctly. (Local network vs. Mobile goes other routes). To 2: Yes. Is you use Apple for both, there is the possibility of Family Sharing that all can use one purchase. But between Apple and Google there are no such connections, so it has to be payed for each.

    Ive subscribe and pay on app, but it just connect once at first i connect, when i close the app it wont connect again, even when i try to scan it again it wont connect, ANSWER PLEASE!!!

      Can you please send me a mail over the support button inside the Remote-RED config node? Here are your instance hash included I need to check the logs. Are the status of the Remote Access Node showing "active"?

      @@RemoteRED i have 2 phone used to remote my Ui, first phone ive subscribe 3month, the other phone i just used it free, first phone can be connect again when i close the app, but it takes time to wait my ui showed on phone, but the second phone i use free, it wont connect again. Are we have to subscribe to use ur app fitur?

      @@basoayam4252 Normally, when both phones runs on the same account (Google Account, Apple-ID) they share the buy, so you only have to purchase once. When the second phone does not work, do you have changed something in their Remote-Access Config node since scanning the QR code? If yes, delete the instance from the phone (by swiping it), generate a new QR code and add the instance again. If this does not werk, please send me your instance hash like described before, so that I can look at the logs.

    Hi Thorsten, bei mir läuft node-red im iobroker. Leider bekomme ich immer die beide Meldungen im Log: requestInstanceSlot: Error: Request failed with status code 400 und Multiple simultaneous instanceSlotRequests. Was mache ich da Falsch? Die Remote-Notification läuft aber. liebe Grüße Christian

      Hi Chrisitan, kannst Du mir bitte einen Auszug aus Deinem Node-RED Log zusenden. Um einen Zeitraum aussen rum, wo Node-RED neu startet (oder neu deployed)? Am besten per Mail an info@remote-red.com .

    When I deploy, the node is stopping, starting ends with stopped. As I assume it should be active or started. Only tried to connect within my network. There is no dashboard only a blank screen.

      Normally it should end in "Active" ;). Please have a look at the Node-RED logs. What messages are displayed here? From the Remote-RED config node you can also send me a mail to my support address. That's more direct.

      Eine Auflistung welche Ports offen sein müssen (es geht nur um die Richtung von dem Node-RED Rechner zum Internet bzw. zu meinen Servern) ist ganz unten auf dieser Seite: www.remote-red.com/de/hilfe/ Und 443 ist hier einfach notwendig, da die Remote-RED Instanzen und meine Server darüber kommunizieren. Bei Docker ist aber auch wichtig, was in der Remote-RED Config Node bei Host und Port eingetragen ist. Bei den meisten Docker-Konfigs ist es notwendig, bei Host die IP des Docker-Hosts einzutragen und bei Port der Port, der auf dem Docker Host „aussen“ gemappt ist.

      Sorry for the delay.. Yes, if you have Internet Access you can access your server. Maybe some un-free countries may block encrypted webservices, don't know. But with a "normal" Internet connection it should work ;)

    May I ask, after I scanned the qr code, the remote-red automatically opens my node-red flows not my node-red dashboard? Can you explain why? Is there a way to access directly to the dashboard?

      Can you check the value in the config field "Base URL"? With a standard Node-RED config that value should be "/ui". Maybe you have to adjust that value. After changing it, remove the instance from the app and reconnect with a new QR code.

    Hello sir, I have small problem. Hope you help. Able to connect remote red when phone and system are connected to same network. But i want to access node red from my phone which is connected to different network and computer is connected to different network.

      Seams that the connection to my proxy servers is not active. Can you check if the Node-RED server/computer has internet access and can access the IP´s listed on the bottom of this page www.remote-red.com/en/help/ ? Maybe a firewall rule or similar preventing the ssh tunnel. If that is all fine, please check the Node-RED log for error messages (should be directly after a redeploy/restart).

      Are there any error logs on the Node-RED log when you try? Does the Node-RED computer has free access to the internet? At least the servers / ip´s on the bottom of this site must be accessible: www.remote-red.com/en/help/
