Hilarious movie, but it's message was about as fake as Tony Robbins. Rosemary was obese because she was a glutton and, unless he has a weird fetish, 99% of men don't find obese women attractive and that's OK! If you're a woman and you're very fit it's a huge plus, if you're in decent shape that's also a big plus... it's extremely easy. Guys aren't asking for much.
