I'm in my 50s. I've always been big on skin health, even as a youngster & so, I DON'T like my melasma. However, I prefer to be natural, so I don't wear make-up. Re my grey hair, so far I'm ok with it & I think the reason why is because I don’t have a lot compared to most people my age. However, how I feel about it may change as I become more grey. I must say though, that I like being invisible. Contrary to most, I hated the attention I got from people when I was younger, which continued into my early 40s. I really just wanted to be left alone. Also, I want to say, that when they say that after a certain age, you just don’t care anymore...it's totally true!! I feel so liberated not having to think about others opinion of me. I really wish I had that when I was younger because I wasted so many years being a prisoner of public opinion & so I missed out on so much as a result. Great video!!

I have strategy where all of the students get their names written on a piece of paper that I have it’s like a little chart and the one with the most tallies at the end of the day gets to play a game with me while the rest of the students watch a movie during dismissal time!! Love this way of thinking and definitely going to have to try this!! ♥️🫶🏼

Why numbers? Surely you could just write their names? Feels very dehumanising to me. Idk, maybe the kids like it, but being assigned a number represents everything I despise about school.

I swear by my brews/tonic. Ingredients for lemon-ginger brew: -lemon -ginger -turmeric -cayenne pepper -black pepper -cinnamon -honey (to sweeten and soothe the throat) ***use fresh, organic ingredients. Half lemons and squeeze in a pot. Slice ginger and turmeric. Irving needs to be peeled. (Use organic and wash well). (Powder turmeric will suffice). I’m heavy handed with my spice. So happy for you. I had the polar opposite of that experience just last Wednesday. Luckily, I had an appointment with my PCP Monday, so I was able to consult and get her thoughts, and we are looking for a new specialist. I'm so relieved that I have her while going to various specialists to run things by. She listens well, I just wish she had the specialties needed to fully treat me.
