If you have cleaned out your Dyson Power Head p/n 248485 and it still does not want to spin, try cleaning or lubricate the bearing in the brush centering bushing.

Zagg Folio Battery Replacement for iPod Mini

Replacing battery Zagg Folio (for iPad Mini). The correct battery size is 3/4" x 1/8" x 3-1/2". The battery I used was 7/8 and would not allow the case to fit tight back together. Tools used: Phillips Screw Driver (1.4 mm) Hair dryer Knife Soldering iron Super Glue

Omg thank you so much! Did everything clean the connectors the hair on the brush and nothing worked ! I was about to throw the Dyson away until I came across your video. Used some wd40 and It worked ! I can’t thank you enough for saving me a lot of money😊

Thank you for your video! I lubricated the bearing, but then I had to manually spin the turning mechanism (at the opposite end) and keep turning the vacuum on and off (carefully). That somehow worked, in case anyone is struggling!

I’ve been trying WD 40 but I think I might need the penetrating oil
Did you spin the drive after spraying the WD-40 or penetrating oil, I had to spin it by hand first to get the the drive to spin by itself.
Finally - this is the model I have. It's cleaned out everywhere else. This is a major design flaw.

Hai forse un video ove posso vedere correttamente la ricomposizione? hi, I disassembled this similar engine completely because it was nailed down completely, only that when I reassembled it I got distracted and I don't remember if the three plastic gears that rotate on the main gear must perfectly align with the three supports that are inside of the plastic container. Do you perhaps have a video where I can correctly see the exact recomposition of the ENT? I thank you

My ZAGG will not power on. Trying to get to battery, but for the life of me I can't remove the back covering. Rubber peels off outer edges but trying to pull the rest off (to expose screws) requires greater force than bare hands. There's something stronger than dbl side tape going on. was purchased 10/2020. Has anyone ran into same and solved? Thx.
Did you try heating the back of the Zagg up with a hair drier?

@@laffingsal Without heating the glue tape it would be VERY hard to get apart without breaking something!

Hi Duane, I have a Zagg folios keyboard and some of the keys have become unresponsive and others when pressed give a series of apostrophes instead of their actual characters. Is this a circuit board issue?
Sorry, I only changed the battery on our keyboard. You'll have to look at other youtube videos to find your answer!

I just have a wing.of my right side and it works fine. Having both wings will reduce plow time considerably!!!
Do you still use them, did they hold up?
Yes, I still have the wings and now just use the driver side wing every snow fall. For me there was no reason to build two wings, I don't push the snow forward but need to shoot it off the side of the runway/driveway. I kept the driver side wing on and removed the passenger side wing, when the blade is angled to the right and the snow shoots out the that side, the wing keeps the "over spray down on the drivers side, also help prevent spill-over to the left of the blade.. The driver side wing also helps keep all the snow i moving to the right. The one wing does make the plow go quicker (I just plow my own property) and was worth the build!

Hi can you do one on how fix beyboardd buttons, mine are not damaged as such, they just stopped working. Numbers 5,6, and volume button. Has anyone else had this random problem?

There are several videos on youtube to show you how to solder.
I decided to put just one wing on my plow (left side) so the snow will all go off the right side now and it works great!!

No, I don't have any videos of the plow in use. I will get one the next time it snows. The extensions really reduce the plowing time and I really like them! Worth the time to make them!

Hi my keyboard hinges are breaking a bit. Not the hinges but the thing under it.. it is in the middle of the hinges. It split in half and a bunch of screws came out. I try taping it together but it isn't working. Help me please!
Did you look at TerryG's link to ifixit.com? I would think you need to take the case off and use epoxy to repair the case. While apart you might loosen the nut at the end of the hinges so the case is not so hard to open/close.
Duane Sheehan isn't epoxy used for floors? How would I be able to put it together? Wouldn't it damage the inside of the middle?
Yes epoxy "Paint" is used for floors. I'm talking epoxy like "J-B Weld or Loctite Plastic Epoxy". But you will need the skill to be able to take the case a part and get it back together.
Hi Duane, I'm on my third Zagg Keys Folio for iPad Mini. The plastic around the hinges keep breaking because the hinge is too stiff. Looks like I'd need to take the back off to get to the hinges? I'd like to loosen them somehow. Thanks!

Yes, look at the link I posted above! If you can't get to it, it may be under review until they post it. I just loosened the nut on the hinge so it would move easier.
Hey I just have a problem fixing my hinge the hinge screw fell out .. If I take my keyboard like just the part off to get to the hinge do I have to glue the hole thing back together or will it just snap back in place and I can use the computer agian thank you
Stevie, the zagg uses double backed tape and should be able to press it back together and the tape should stick (use a heat source... like a hair dryer to take it a part). Hope this helps.
