QI LAB. - LABORATORIJ VITALNE ENERGIJE (QI LAB. - LABORATORY OF VITAL ENERGY) is non-profite private institute, established for researching, developing, promoting, publishing and teaching different physical, breathing, energy and other activities to contribute to better and balanced life of individuals and community.

On 17:12 English subs translation is wrong. Original meaning is: 道家思想的三个方法： "一曰俭，二曰朴，三曰不敢为天下先“ That means: The first one is «simplicity, modesty» (俭), the second means «purity» (朴) in the sense of purity of practice, no matter what kind of method of practice （修）you use, you can’t mix it with other methods and doctrines. And the third means «dare NOT be the first under the sun» 无量寿福

Weird, didn't get a notification for your reply! This particular form is not from Wudang originally, it's an embellished version of Jiang style (Jiang Rongqiao was a student of Zhang Zhaodong.) Jiang lived from 1891 to 1974, so this form isn't exactly "Lao", and it isn't "Wudang" either. I still enjoy the performance in the video, and would be happy if you could prove me wrong.
