2020 Bad Boy Mower Line-up | Which should you buy? | Presented by a Bad Boy Sales Rep
Hello all! I hope you find this video helpful when you're looking at all of the zero turn mower options on the market. If you're considering a Bad Boy mower, I hope this video offers some guidance as to what series is appropriate for your needs and also assure that the Bad Boy mower is outstanding quality for the money! Remember, you get what you pay for, and buying a mower that lasts 10-15 years versus a lower made to last a few isn't worth saving the $1000! So, happy mowing and feel free to contact me by calling Marionville Powersports in Marionville, MO with any questions!
Here is the timeline breakdown for the video if you know the series you're interested in!

The reason why you have a different lug on the wheel is because it's different different hydro pumps
You haven't said anything about the hydro transmissions. And fuel capacity.
Thank you for taking the time to share this very helpful line up video, what a great way to compare features on a micro perspective and in a moderately Short video clip. I've owned a 2014 zt elite for the last 9 years and cannot say I've had any issues with it besides having to replace the deck belt. Someone in our surrounding area is selling his 2011 outlaw with 800 hours on it and I am very inclined to buy it as a replacement for my zt elite. Would I be making a bad call stepping up the model level yet going from a 2014 to 2011. Are there any known issues with the outlaws of that specific year. It would very much appreciated if you could share any helpful information that could help with my decision.
McKenzie jump you've done an excellent job describing the lawn mowers. Keep up the good work I have 54 inch cut. And I love it I wish I lived closer to you but I'm down here right beside Charlotte North Carolina but I appreciate all the information that you have given me God bless and have a great day.
Stop doing video while holding your phone in portrait mode , turn your phone !! I couldn't watch
I own a BB mower, 2021 Avenger, overall I would not recommend this mower, let me explain why. The mower cuts short grass well, so if you keep the grass at 2.5 inches which I do, and never let it get over 3.5 inches the mower cuts this well. So a inch of growth is perfect for the mower. When it is over a inch of growth, and even taller then the cuts will become very uneven, and will require 2 sometimes 3 passes for it to look right. There is a UTUBE video on this and how it is corrected, which clearly shows a design error. I highly recommend you watch it if your thinking in buying this brand. The second issue I have is maneuvering the mower with the current hand bars. These bars are placed close enough together that your 2 bars will touch and impede your hand movements when it happens. The bars need to be shortened at the very ends by 3 inches or so to allow clearance. The left hand control bar also will get hung up on the molding by the left leg with certain movements and this impedes the function of the left hand control bar during sharp turns when the left bar needs to be pushed forward fully. I hold my control bars around 4 to 5 inches way from center due to the 2 bars hitting one another in the middle. These all appear to be design errors, and should have been caught during early production testing, and corrected. So now I am stuck with a expensive mower that was never throughly tested and designed for premium performance. Hopefully the BB company will correct this and then have a quality machine.
Don't Buy from Home depot bad services ...Buy from local dealers with repair shop...Are much better.. Bad Boy mowers are very good 👍 thank you good video
Junk
Great video kid.. I have rogue. And absolutely love it .. I got the 999cc Kawasaki.. it's a flat out beast..

How’s your inventory this year any Mavericks
You talk way too much before showing anything
Typical women.
The content is very good. The format will not fill my iPad screen or when I Bluetooth to tv.
Tons of good information on the fleet. What nice looking mowers Bad Boy builds. Been watching tons of Bad Boy videos and from what I’ve seen you get a lot for the money.
vertical video syndrom. Turn the cam. But thanks for vid.
What's the best riding bad boy you have?? Unfortunately I have a bad back so when it comes to cutting grass it sucks on regular mowers..looking to buy a rogue or renegade don't really care about deck width.. want a Yamaha engine..and the independent suspension...again ride comfort is the most important thing for me.
Buy a Spartan has the best suspension system out there
Question I just bought a bad boy elite with Kawasaki engine 54” deck Have 5 hrs on the mower, when mowing the noise level is 94-95 decibels Is that normal noise level? I have to wear ear plugs and ear muffs as it’s so loud, Mower does a good job mowing, just very loud, Thanks for a response,
if u r going to buy a new mower y would anyone buy one of these .Get something with some resale value
bad boys mowers r still in business.stay far away from those mowers
Because?
Hey Thank you for this information and Great Video 😎🤙
What’s the most common failures you see on the rebels and maverick?
Awesome video thank you!
I'm looking for the 36 stand up I can't find any locally
DONT waste your money on big box store junk My Bad Boy is 12 years old i live in the country and ride my mower hard and cut big fields of grass n weeds ive never had a problem with mine ever knock on wood !!!!!!!!!!!
Raymond are you talking about not buying a bad boy from places such as Rural King?
@@SaraPurvey no no a bad boy is a bad boy im talking about all the copy cat junk mowers with siamped decks Bad Boy is a great mower there all built in America and they hold up like a tank i pull pick up trucks with mine when they break down .
Yeh BadBoy is box store junk.
4 grand cash what can I get in a 60 inch
Hustler
Would the mz magnum be a good size mower for me to start a small lawn care business as a side job
Good for up to 2 acres a day
I cut just over 2 acres at least once a week with my 42 inch Bad Boy MZ. Oh by the way ,mine is a resdential mower
Very Good Video!!!.
You skipped over the model I’m interested in. 😞 LoL 😂. Be blessed and stay safe.
Thanks for a very informative video! If I were local to your area, I would definitely come see you.
If you want junk bearings that fail often , paint peeling off and poor quality bad boy is the way to go
What mower did you buy?
Deere z950 m
Kubota z121s is 4997 $ here in maryland
brandon murphy good luck replacing those bota idler pulleys every 70-100 hrs. Own one myself and that’s about what I get from a set of pulleys
@@mikepurvey5205 oh I know . I have changed them too. I sold mine and bought a z950 m deere
Im going for the elite
I recommend u don't . I had one , its slow , poor cut quality . The Kohler's burn oil and won't last much over 500 hrs
brandon murphy I’m probably buying one also. But I’m not getting mine with a Kohler. Mine is going to have the Kawasaki. What exactly is wrong with the cut quality? Being the number 1 selling BadBoy mower for so long, I don’t see why they are so bad. Enlighten me. Seriously.
@@bigbore4498 do what you want . Poor cut , means leaves stragglers ect. The mower is slow . The bearings suck , spindles and casters . They are thousands less for a reason
brandon murphy Hey I appreciate the input. But I’m only mowing a little over an acre of flat ground. I know the bearings are cheap Chinese. And have cheap or little grease in them. They will be replaced with BCA. But I’ve been looking religiously for 2 months for a mower and haven’t found one with the features of the BB (Kawasaki motor, ZT-3100 transaxels, 7 gauge steel deck, etc) for $5300 anywhere. So if you don’t mind, give me some options. Because I’ve looked at Gravely, Ferris, Ariens (same as Gravely) Snapper, Toro, SCAG, Worldlawn, Dixie, Deere, Hustler, Kubota, Kioti, Cub Cadet, Husqvarna, BobCat and I’m sure others, to the point my head hurts. So what do you recommend at or below $5300??
I paid 4999
I delivered a Rebel to y'all yesterday!!! Nice people.😁
None of them,. Thier customer service is terrible at bad boy.
You're a great sales person there young lady keep.it up😄😁😀😁😄
I bought a maverick last year and I love it. The ride and cut quality is amazing. I wish that there were more videos out there like this. Great job!
McKenzi: Great video- had a couple of comments. In future if you are going to record and post with your phone, turn the phone horizontal so viewers of You Tube can see it full screen. After all you want to entice the buyer, not make them feel like they are looking "Tunnel Vision!" Second wish everyone trying to sell a Renegade would also mention the belt system for the pumps and remote oil filter and drain, kevlar mower belt, a hydraulic oil cooler on the Renegade vs. the Rogue, and that there is a stronger Warner Commercial PTO Clutch on the Renegade vs. Rogue. I am trying to decide which to buy and there isn't a lot out there on Renegades. I think there would be and more sold if more details were given to the end user who is interested in buying. Thanks again for your great video!
Any info/video on the renegade diesel?
I have one. Very powerful and cuts good. But I had some issues with the mower at idle. It would just die for no reason. Bad boy gave me the run around for 3 months and still didn't fix it. After demanding my money back, they finally sent me a new mower
Loved the in dept line up review. Keep it up.
