Thank you so much - always inspired to learn of how people become vegan! It reminds us that we need to just raising awareness and we don't know where it lands.
Amazing courage - super inspiring story - a great vision for the future.
Thank you so much for having me, Nancy! I hope your followers will enjoy everything Lucia's Vegan Lifestyle has to offer and that they'll subscribe to the Lucia's Vegan Lifestyle channel here on RUclips to watch episodes of the show after they premiere on TV - and share the show's link(s) with others!
Deb provided the gentle push that got me to stop eating meat.
Debbie is teaching me how to go more vegan. Haven't eaten beef or pork for years. Love my fish so still working on it. Debbie is great and what she does and sings is wonderful.
Promo sm 🤪
Thanks for chatting with me, Nancy! I had a great time!
Great work, Pria!
It's sad when people think just because a deity supposed commitment animal abuse no matter how kind he seemed that it's ok. How about sometimes in the past even the supposedly holy have made mistakes....? Otherwise the Amish, quakers, hasidic, etc. would be considered ok to continue on when I believe they are exploiting the animals too.
One can count on a fascinating conversation when Mitali Deypurkaystha is in the house! Her passion for our movement is palpable. She is immersed in spreading the word, literally, about all things vegan. She isincredibly energetic and a walking example of living a vibrant life! Thank you, Nancy Arenas and Mitali Deypurkaystha for an engaging conversation!🌹🏵🌹🏵💪💪
Nice episode. So while I'm watching I get a reply from my conversation I'm having with a nutritionist who promotes a full on meat based high fat diet. It's going nicely but I'm so confused with who these people are learning from and it's reinforced by the way they feel. Most likely short term and dopamine based feelings like being an addict but still somewhat shocking that they haven't done the legwork to find the hard research showing the catastrophic consequences of that way of eating. Let alone the impacts on animals and the environment.
The nutrition educational system has to be challenged and updated for all those working in every field.
Thank u Nancy My wife and I grew up in an area of Northern California where vegetarian and vegan momentum was building off of the organic and conscious nature of our region. Only* ten months ago did we go vegan ourselves after reviewing our blood tests and watching a few current whole food plant based documentaries based off of T Colin Campbells work and the obvious destructive, extractive and repulsive activities going on with our food system and the environment. We do not eat vegan junk food or anything in a box. Most manufacturers are simply taking advantage of the market shift towards vegan food choices. We eat fresh food and make our meals with very little oils which are all full of saturated fats and calories. You can find your way to what I do on RUclips and what I grow for my community. I am working to move past the typical conversations on my channel and focus more on being a successful vegan.
THANKS for having me on the show!!! Keep Up The GREAT WORK 😃😃😃
Our pleasure!
Thank you Nancy for having me on the Vegan Pulse and for spreading vegan love far and wide! Looking forward to cooking something up with you again soon.
Wonderful!
Interesting...as a child I came home and found our bunnies in the fridge...a big shock!
Wow! Sorry to hear that.
Donny really does so much for the animals, and does it well. Thanks for bringing him on!
Great interview! Donny is an amazing activist and journalist for animal rights! 👏
Lovely chat💓
Great interview!

Two wise souls! Thank you both for your diligent work. ♥️🙏
I think what you're saying is so true Nancy, when people look inside themselves and do the inner work, that's a preparation for going vegan. More self-awareness...
Thanks for this informative interview!
Thank you, bright & kind ladies for working to buoy and empower other kind souls.
Thank you so much Leah!
On behalf of 🦆 🐇 🐄 🐖 🐠 🐓 THANKYOU for being Vegan 🙏
Great interview, nice to meet Aaron - thanks to both of you for all you do!
This is a video well worth watching. And when veganism is explained by wonderful Peter Egan you can understand why it makes sense to stop eating meat. It's a journey of compassion for all living creatures, for learning about ourselves and getting in touch with our beautiful planet. Please take the time to listen, feel and understand. And then share with others. Thank you 🤗
Thank you both so much for this wonderful interview. I appreciate the passion from the both of your for our movement. Yes, we all benefit, the animals, the planet, our health. It's win-win for all. How does one access Angela Crawford's survey? Keep up the great work. Btw, I'm a Brooklynite, as well! Living in Miami Beach and living and loving the whole foods plant exclusive lifestyle!🙏

@@sproutingcompassion3624 Thanks so much!
Something extremely attractive about our vegan men. Compassion is damn sexy! Loved his (oh-so-familiar) route to veganism. (such a shame that Earthlings was taken off Netflix)
Great to see Pat speak. I very much enjoyed his talk at the end about compassion towards others, not just those you are vegan. Being vegan myself it's important to remember that everyone is on their own path.
Thank you, Tanya. Very Kind. 🙏
super super, Nice julie
Thank you, Nancy!
Hey Nancy! What's up Peter! It's so cool seeing you two together :) Here's that video Nancy and I did during my wonderful visit with here! :) ruclips.net/video/6pFQk4RyVHM/видео.html
An excellent & motivating experience !Very focused & effective ! Hope it will motivate many people to turn to plant based diet!
Greatness!
Amazing interview
Such a great and clear explanation of this essential topic. Fluids are also important for constipation; I have been intermittent fasting for the last couple of years; I start the morning with tall glass of water and then drink infusions to keep hangar pangs away until mid afternoon, when I go for a 10k run followed by my first meal of the day. Be aware that taking antibiotics is like throwing a hand grenade into your stomach, it destroys everythng; Other simple medications against headaches can also destroy your gut balance. Probiotic foods like fermented foods, yoghurt, olives, kamboucha are great. Processed sugar feeds the bad bacteria; My migraines stopped overnight when I got my gut health right; Also ditch the dairy. It would be nice if you could add a shoutout to Gabriel and where we can find him. Big Thanks !!
Thanks for the comments and watching the Vegan Pulse. You can reach Gabriel on his FB page: facebook.com/ggaarden
Nice to see you here!
3 and a half hours! Wow
Thank you!
Thank you for inviting me to a great show
I could not hear the name of the movie that triggered the move to veganism. Would you mind restating it here?
@@thirdwaycomms it was Gary Yourofsky's Best Speech You Will Ever Hear.
Thanks for coming
