Football Punt: a Quadratic Projectile Motion problem
Просмотров 1,4 тыс.11 лет назад
A football player is standing 30 meters from the field goal post. He holds the football in front of him, 1.5 meters from the ground, and punts the ball in an attempt to make it over the goal post which is 6.0 meters above the ground. If the ball leaves his foot at an angle of 50o travelling at 20 m/s, answer the following questions.
Cop and Speeder
Просмотров 1,3 тыс.11 лет назад
A speeder passes a cop car that is at rest and continues traveling at a constant velocity. Immediately, the cop begins to accelerate at a uniform rate. How long does it take the cop to intercept the speeder? How far did they travel?

thank you after 12 years
Wow
fantastic explanation, make more please
this helped me with my uni work thank you
That trick with H and T is amaizing!
4:30 that sideways 6 though, I was shocked for a moment, lmao!
Can you give an intuitive explanation for why we get a shift of 180 degrees if n1 is less than n2?
Thank you so much, other videos didn’t really have simple explanations, but my god this video blew me away! Keep it up good sir!
Good job and thank your help!
why it's 91.7 ??? 12:08 . The calculator shows 9.16.
The calculator showed 9.166*10^-8, which is the same thing as 91.66*10^-9. He wrote it like that so he could write the answer in nanometers (which is 10^-9 m).
Very underrated video! Excellent video
god bless and thank you so much you dont known how this was really anoying me just so much thaaaaaannnkkkksss😀😊😊😊😊😁
am sis are you studing the giancoli physices book.
thank you this helped alot
Thank you heaps for the logical and easy to follow way you showed us how to do that :) Others have commented regarding not being able to take the root of a negative number, but that's the only thing wrong. Much appreciated, and I hope you make more videos :)
This helped thanks! =D
that helped me so much :)
I like how u explain jack shit
I don't get how u didn't add up the .35 to get the total distance between Q1 n Q3. U used .35 for all of them. Also, the formula says the charges are absolute value which means they can't be positive but u still used negative charge in ur calculations.
You , yourself is Not smart
Umm who ask u lol
easy fix, just don't change anything in the third step. so you will just have v = sqrt(-(2ax)) the negatives in this case will make it possible to square root it because a negative times a negative is a positive :)
There is a problem with your math. When you were finding V. and you squared root 2ax. a was negative so you cant square root it unless we factor in i which in physics we don't.
At 8:30 minutes the image I am referring to has disappeared. This must have been an error when I compiled the video for online viewing. I think you can still follow along with what I am saying.
THANK YOU for saving me!!
I think it would be better if you wrote using a marker pen :) btw thanks for the lesson :D
