No TV? I really wish the ONE induction cooktop was removable. I really prefer cooking with propane/gas. No one I know cooks one dish at a time. You fry your eggs and cook your bacon at the same time but you supply an induction pan and all those kitchen gadgets and essentials? That is unheard of! All I’d need to pack are my clothes and toiletries and I’d be good to go! I’d want a convection microwave instead but kudos that you made sure to put the vent fan in the wet bath for ventilation! I’ll say this, your company definitely has potential!!

I have to ask - how is it going uphills? The van is AMAZING but do you feel it struggling?
Nope, no struggle. The van performs great going up hills! If you're referring to the Ram ProMaster chassis in general, they've treated us well going back to the 2021 model. We've even taken them on trips through Independence Pass which is the highest paved road in North America and they've only gotten better :)
Are slider side door available, rather than the roll down?
Hmm, not sure exactly what you mean. Are you referring to the windows?
@offgridtravel I'm sorry, I meant the roll down bug screen. In earlier videos there was a slider bug screen in the side door...but it's no biggie - just wondering.
Great van but outside storage is limited!
Very true! The team is well aware that storage is limited in the Plus, so they've made it easy to add exterior storage racks to your van build order. This way, your van is delivered to your home fully equipped with all the storage you need. Can it come with a two burner option instead of just one , I didn’t see an option in the builder
Hi Carmelo! Currently a 2 burner “drop-in” countertop version isn’t as option but a second, portable, single burner induction cooktop can be added. That burner would sit on the counter top and plug into the 110v wall outlet while in use and then can be tucked away in storage while not in use :) Let us know if you’d like to setup a call to answer any other questions you might have. Great question - They do a great job with lining the van shell with sound deadening material prior to insulating the van with Havelock Wool which serves as another sound deadener. In short, it's pretty dang quite while driving!

Really would be nice if the external fresh water inlet had a locking cover too. There are some twisted people out there who would gleefully dump some non-water liquid into a freely accessible inlet labeled as "water only".

What is the advantage to having a cassette toilet when you still have a grey tank to empty. Still need to access a dump station. Handling the cassete sure looks easy, it's empty. Please illustrate how easy it is when the cassette is full.
Great question - It's only a 5 gallon cassette which makes it easy enough to remove, roll on its wheels, and dump in your toilet at home 👍
Thank you for being very thorough in explaining driving tips. I have never heard of anyone explain it like that before. Great tips! One extra tip that I do when closing the sliding door especially on an uphill. Open front door then slide door shut. Way easier 👍 thank you again! ❤️

Nope, currently only built on the Ram ProMaster 3500 which is front wheel drive. 👍

That fridge is small. I've seen way bigger fridge/freezer combos in a Ram pro master.

Owner of a Grech RV and this van is super interesting to me, but I won’t buy any RAM product. Much rather have Mercedes or Ford platform and no cassette toilet.
Looking for a Ford as well.

Very interesting! Our experience has been quite different. We haven't seen any of those issues with ProMasters while renting out 10-12 different vans at any given time over the past 3 years. In our experience they've been easy and affordable to maintain. We've also found reliability to be strength while completing over 500 rental reservations over the past 3 years without a single breakdown :)

Why are there so many knots in the wood??
Great question! Knot's are formed when a branch has fallen off the tree in its growing year. This branch may have died and fallen off, or it could have fallen due to natural causes, such as strong winds.

Awesome camp, has potential but still need a lot to be fine tune, like why the toilet dump is locked with a key but not the fresh water intake???, would love to see a larger freezer, a skydome in the shower, IMO the electrical outlets facing up are a no-no, love the European look congrats.
Fresh water tank now comes with lock :)
Really appreciate this how-to. How to vacation in a B van for newbies. Great walkthrough, and gets me closer to choosing a Noovo over other brands I'm looking at. And just want to point out the wood panel ceiling in the van. Like you're nested in a cabin in the woods. The Noovo interiors I've noticed have so much more warmth in design that the other vans I've seen.

amazing, appreciate the rental service for firstimers. how are they charged?
Hi Peter - there are 3 ways to charge the electrical system: 1.) Solar charging (400w of solar panels on the roof) 2.) Plug in to shore power using 30amp hookups 3.) 60amp DC to DC charging (when the van engine is running it will charge your lithium batteries in back)

@@PeterPan-hs5tu Its highly unlikely you would ever fully discharge your batteries. The van is always charging from the solar panels and gets an additional boost when the engine is on. IF you did find yourself fully discharged, it would take roughly 8 hours to charge over night if plugged into shore power :)
A screen door is a must!! Every thing else is perfect. What is the price?

I've never heard of anyone stealing gas, not much of an issue. Android works perfectly fine as well :)
You didn’t show a tv in the bedroom area, is there not one pre installed? Also, does the bed raise up to the ceiling, I thought that was standard as well, no? Thanks in advance. 🙏🏽
Nope, no TV pre-installed in ours but it may be an option! Happy to connect you with Noovo if you'd like to discuss options. The hydraulic bed in the back is exclusive to the Noovo Plus model which will be coming out in a few months :)
