Minds of Unites - Mike Nasibdar | loneliness
Earlier this year, we relaunched our Minds of Unites program. One of the biggest objectives of the program is to break the silence on mental health issues among youth. Something over half of all young people in the Netherlands struggle with at some point and to some extent.
Today, we share Mike's story, where he talks about his experiences with mental health and loneliness. Mike wants to tell his story to our 3x3 family and all youth to help others who are going through the same thing.

Lenig zijn is super gezond, als je leniger bent kan je minder snel door je rug gaan etc. Dit is waarom vrouwen langer leven dan mannen 😅 de man die je flamed voor dit gaat issues hebben met zn gezondheid, hij heeft nu al overgewicht
Hahhaha ook niet overdrijven 😂 mannen gaan sneller dood omdat ze gevaarlijker werk doen en soms ook gewoon domme keuzes maken, zeker niet omdat ze niet lenig zijn 😅

I've been a fan of his since the NBA highlights times, listening to this podcast was so satisfying because it allowed me to discover the man behind the voice. It felt nice to see there's a great human being behind a great commentator. great job you guys!
