I walked the Tilton from Coal Canyon to Morton almost every weekend back in the late 60's to mid 70's and never saw a trout come out of that river more than 10 " long. The state started dumping plants off the Coal Canyon Bridge and the locals would have it fished out in a week. If the video you show of the big trout really came from the Tilton I guess your the only one that knows about it.

Opening day in CA a kayaker hooked a monster and drug him upstream and got hung up in the shallows and drug him back to the bridge .. fisherman tossed rope to other anglers and pulled everything to shore..

Lol this could be be any of the rivers surrounding Metro Vancouver BC Canada , any river in the Chilliwack Valley river system including the Fraser River from The estuary by the Vancouver Airport all the way up to Hope BC ! This is why I head to the lakes this time of year all the great spots available,
