Ok so 2 mins in and akaashi is saying how i feel all the time... I never knew how to put it into words but Last week i had 3 anxiety attacks and i have had one this week- they were all bc there were just too many people.. the first 2times i was at school and I messaged my mum and she got a teacher to come get me out of the bathroom the next one my parents were out and we had a babysitter... one we have known for our whole lives and there were just me my brother her and her family of 4 and i has an anxiety attack in my room under my desk. I messaged my dad and hw told me to man up. That one lasted about an hour and a half and i even had to skip dinner bc of it.
