This just made me realize what the deal that Lilith made with heaven was. In exchange for the Hellborn being spared from the exterminations, she would stay in Heaven where she couldn't lead the sinners with her song against Heaven. She did it so that Charlie wouldn't die during the exterminations. But now, Hell have risen up against Heaven, so the deal is off unless Lilith can stop Charlie from upsetting the status quo.
