Why are you short shifting? Shifting between 5-6 K RPM? I mean its good for at least 8K RPM... If it's anything like my 02, 3.2 liter 6 speed Porsche Boxter S with Fabspeed Exhaust, CAI, IPD Plenum/TB, catless headers, Numeric shifter etc. It doesn't even activate "spicy mode" until about 5K RPM! Thus when Variocam kicks in??

BSCC is Spi, check out the side-mounted radiator. The later Japanese market vehicles had mounting points for mpi engine, but were all equipped with Spi, including this one
