Not sure if this applies to all insurance companies and they may not tell you this, but if you tell them that you yourself dropped your gear, you might not be covered. If you tell them someone else dropped it, then you are covered. At least that was what my agent told me, but I am not with State Farm. Worth looking into.

I'm assuming when you put the device (camera or lens) in with the rice (next to the rice) you still want to have a cap on the camera to protect the sensor or a cap on the back side of the lens... right?

Thanks for the video. I'm considering buying the A7 iii. Now I know I can drop it in a river and it will be fine. Will you consider doing more videos on places you can drop your camera. Maybe even compare other camera brands like Cannon or Nikon. I hear Olympus has great weather sealing. You could probably drop it in the river as well.

You would be better of Putting the screws through first through the fan and not at the same time.

In my honest opinion I wouldn't have changed their pre applied thermal paste due to the surface area it already covers and corsairs choice of paste is actually top notch in performance anyways. Application of adhesive could of been more better otherwise great build
