Kaninchenbau
Просмотров 731День назад
Kaninchenbau, by Iain Morrison, is a computer controlled HOe layout, modelled on the rolling, grassy meadows that are typical of the European Alpine region. The hands-off aspect of automation allows discussions about the layout at exhibitions whilst the layout continues to run. More information and exhibition requests - wimorrison.com/kaninchenbau

Excellent.
Magnificent !😊
Wunderbar gestaltete Anlage
lovely ! what’s this flatbed car with the hoyer container (2‘45“) ?
The container came from China via eBay, I can't recall who makes the wagon - I think it is one of the Japanese companies.
Love this. Tricky finding 009 suppliers in the UK though 😢
It can be hard to find them. But the 009 Society has a great shop, specifically for 009 modelers. It's well worth checking out!
Ein Kaninchenbau, das stimmt. Mit vielen verschiedenen "Kaninchen" drin..
Splendid.
Love it!
Very impressive, and I hope, encouraging to others. A lovely video, great channel, subbed!
Hi I was wondering if Americans were able to join the spciety
Yes, there are lots of overseas members already
@@the009societyvideochannel4 ok thanks I’ll be looking into it for sure
A very unique American locomotive, built out of odd parts. Never saw that one before.
Great layout, fine videography and editing, marvellous sound! Thank you for a wonderful treat!
Love the scrap in the background
Probably my favourite layout I have ever seen.
I absolutely love it. Beautiful work. Very well produced video, too. It certainly deserves more views.
What a delightful concept and exquisite execution❤.....yes, even the cursed Portaloo of purgatory!😊
Very exzellent Layouts!
'twas a really enjoyable day, lovely layouts and very chatty visitors
Great layouts. Love Blackmore Gate, I saw it at Tonbridge model railway exhibition back in Feb.
Lovely detailed layouts, well done all.
Thanks for this nice video overview. Some very lovely layouts altogether.
Quel raffinement ! j'aime beaucoup le modélisme ferroviaire, made in England, il me surprend toujours, par son authenticité !
Fantastic! Keep the videos coming!
David, do you by chance recall which product you used to colour the trackwork and ballast? That light muddy colour looks superb.
It's a long time ago but I think it would be Humbrol light earth let down a bit with thinners. Precision Paints do / did a similar sleeper grime too
What a terrific layout, could you tell me the overall dimensions please?
It's 7ft long by 10in wide.
@@DavidGander590 Thanks David. Two 3' 6" boards at just 10" each is what I'd call very portable. By coincidence I searched and found your original article this morning in a trawl of the 009 News library (April 99 for those who may want to read), an interesting start for the layout, something I'm sure all modellers will have suffered at some point, but then a Dad inspired 2nd board and, as they say, "the rest is history". I'm now hoping to see this layout in the flesh sometime - had I known of it, I would have trekked from the south coast to MK just to see it.
Great to see new posts. Looking forward to more.Excellent..
Very nice and good detailled!
This is probably the most beautiful layout I have ever seen, other than maybe Corris by George Williamson
What manufacturer built the Green Locomotive?
It is a Golden Arrow whitemetal and etched brass kit if the Welshpool Earl and Countess. This was built by a friend 30 years ago. I believe the kit is still produced in short batches from time to time.
Thank you, by the way do you have any idea who would have this kit?
I'd try Golden Arrow Productions via their website. I think they only sell direct.
What a splendid railway! Those point levers are interesting? Did you make those?
They are whitemetal castings by Dart Castings. Still available I believe.
Nice work
Terrific! I've always liked the idea of an album layout.
Where did you get the locomotive from?
Food for thought!
And here I thought using repurposed minivans as locomotives was the oddest idea for any rail service. I was sorely mistaken.
Fascinating 👍🏼
What a delightful idea, to have three eras on one layout. Also, as a modeller and musician myself, I appreciate that you wrote the music yourself. Thanks for sharing. 👍
Thanks for sharing your video with us. Very well presented and narrated.
This is brilliant!
Brilliant !
Was the loco bought or kit
One day, hopefully, I could model in OO & OO9 scale.
Ah Ha, This was what I was looking for.
I would love to know the dimensions this is built in, the trackwork is so lovely for what looks like a very small space and it's inspiring! I want to scale something like this up to 0n30
Hideous background music detracts from the video
Well done John
I have an original Thomas & Friends character based off the NGG16 Garratt. Her name is Sally, and she is No.21 on the North Sodor Railway Fleet. She is the largest of all the Narrow Gauge Engines in the NSR. Heck, the largest Narrow Gauge Engine on the island of Sodor. I have lots more Narrow Gauge Characters, and even more Standard Gauge characters & other characters.
This is wonderful, I’m particularly impressed by the growth on the track
Beyond amazing. Can you link the full layout vid pls?
Menno das ist doch kein Name für eine Bahn ohne Namen. 🤣😇
