Who calls these people amateur? This seems to be the tech tent of the event. Looks like big screen TVs, WIFi and computers, they did it right. I saw other videos where they gathered info from this group during launch. No matter what I am jealous, wish I could have been there. Looks like this guy has money.

Yeah great test for sure, the thing I was worried most about didn't happen so I was very happy. I didn't get enough warning to get down there for that flight but I should be able to see the next one.

I always prefer to see these more amateurish "people-from-the-beach" reaction vids than the more "big-media" slick ones. Feels... more real, somehow. Well done!

sometimes when the car stops at a red light, it will say "autopilot unable to proceed" but sometimes it just shows the redline. do you know what circumstance would trigger this "autopilot can't proceed" warning? because it prevents the greenlight alert from beeping once this warning appears, but if it just stops at the redline then the green light alert beep still works. so annoying. thanks.

My EAP car drives through green lights without the update. To show improvement film your car stopping at a RED light or Stop sign with out a car in front of you.

no judgement on you personally and I realize that most think this technology is kind of neat but frankly I hate it. I love "driving" my car and I will never let this technology drive for me. Then again, I grew up with a car that had a manual transmission and most people these days wouldn't know what to do with that

it's one thing for you to shoot video with handheld camera while you're driving it's another level to do it while not wearing your seatbelt. Get yourself some suction mounts put on your seatbelt and then start recording safer and better videos please.

Cars on auto pilot will go through a green light and red for that matter at an intersection when no vehicle is in front already. It is not Autopilot recognizing the red light it is recognizing the car in front of you that has come to a stop at red and starts on green. To show an improvement find a red light at an intersection with no car in front of you. If the car stops on red and starts on green then we have an improvement.

Tesla is going to have a problem. Did you see that the lights turned green but the screen still says red? Because the lights are above the car. The car can’t see them.
