Hello I use Rare Spawn Overlay, you can see that addon on my map (it shows paths of rare spawns), but it doesn't work for Cataclysm Zones, and I also use Silverdragon but except that loud sound, I still dont know how to use it properly I hope I helped :) If you'll have any more questions, pls let me know, I will try to help you.
