i guess i miss more in person activities and socialising in person versus tiktok, zoom and whatever else it often feels empty cause everywhere u go ppl r doing tiktoks or something to go viral. we never had such things before and the 90s felt moderately more simpler or certainly folk were more joyful then too. its like every online space is now filled with dramas and negativity because its so easy to fall into the trap of comparing ourselves, i also feel like those before the internet had more realistic healthy goals than those nowadays where everyone just want to be internet star and thats all anyone discuss is whos doing or saying what thats wrong. again theres very little genuine joy and ppl can "ghost" u faster than they could in the good ole days.

Lot of good memories growing up in late 80's and early 90's, going to Pizza Hut and dining in with my family and playing their arcade machine... I miss it very much.

yet at the same time theres still a few things i enjoy abt it just i dont always want to be constantly flooded with online material 24/7. and the 90s were cooler in that people were more aware of themselves back then than nowadays when they arent

everythings always about the online world that i miss being able to put down a distraction and do other things? i cant explain it but its like we cant even disconnect from all this online nonsense yet in the 90s and early 00s we could do that only now we cant. its physically impossible to stay off these platforms no matter what ive tried.
