BEFORE you get braids, here are things to ask yourself!
Mine are not staying tight
Any KINKY hair recommendations??
HI I feel that i like the concept as well I keep going back in forth saying how would I speak to my clients on having a healthy non toxic hair when the price point is more. I do believe you maybe able if cut in half depending on if it can be stretch really well.
I'm gonna try this!
The braids are 🔥 but why are you playing Mariah on a Madonna video. 😂
because it’s not a Madonna video it’s my video 😂
Cute style. That's my fav.
I have been doing this for 40 yrs in my salon taming hair fly aways by spraying the hair spray on my hands
Any hair spray
Heat and spray glue...edges for a millisecond. Leave the heat alone...her hair is very thin.
wasn’t heat. just air.
Heeeey love! New Subscriber! I found your channel today! Could you pleaseeeee continue to make how to braiding videos ? You're like the first person that explained and visualized a way that made sooo much more sense!!! Thank you for all your help!!!!! 🤗
Hi!!! Thanks for this feedback! sure! If there is something specific you want to learn also please share!!!
Got to be glued is stronger than all the edge controls… of course it’s gonna stay lol I see what you did though 😅
Show the spray next time
use any aerosol spray. this was mizani.
What is the name of the spray used?
Gots to be
Mizani
Aweeer she is beautiful ❤❤❤
She was amazed, and so was i! Amazing work <3
Such a great first experience video! So happy you're loving your RevAir & thank you for sharing❤
I just purchased one and I love it. I’m not a hair stylist and I don’t have long hair, but it works for me. The best part is that I was never able to get rid of the frizz edges using a regular blow dryer, but with the Revair, edges are straight. Yes!
I am so glad it worked for you! 🥰
I’m going to try this next weekend
I hope it works out great!!!
Ok so I was taught how to hold hair way different. The way that hurts your fingers. I want to know exactly how you hold the hair in each of your fingers. If you have 3 strands how you transferring those strands? I would like to see top of your hands and than you feed the birds. I absolutely love your videos as I'm new to them. Please those don't judge me for trying to learn properly. Ty
will work on new videos! never any judgement!
As soon as you said, “this might not work on fine hair” I felt deflated. I was going to make the investment in this hair but now am skeptical. 3 years later do you have any recommendations for VEGAN hair suitable to not rip through fine hair…
I still don’t know of any
Yes, the"wiggly feed me fingers" were extremely helpful to remind me, where the hair I picked up should go. Very very helpful! Yes, the bird analogy was super.
yay!!!
You are a great instructor. Just had the responsibilities of doing my two grandbabies hair.
Thai you so very much for this much needed video on best braiding hair. I'm a crochet protective style girl but Engel now and again I do like having a simple box braids style and always wonder to myself what's the better or best hair I can use, so thalia again. Also, I agree 100% that you should only keep the hair in for 4-6 wks tops! I aim to keep mine in (braids or crochet) no longer than 4wks. The most I will stretch it is to 5wks. I do have a question - what's the best way to care for your hair when wearing a wig and how should you wear it under d your wig? I tend to wear a wig for 1-2wks post my protective style to allow me strands to rest. It's this good? Thanks fur the feed back. 🥰
Sorry for the late reply....you can take care of your hair under a wig by first making sure its properly cleaned before even putting on the wig (Meaning a good shampoo and conditioner) then weekly doing a scalp cleaning and spraying a leave in conditioner!
@knotlessnation No worries, I'm on the right track. Thank you! 😀
So awesome your video helped me the most besides any other tons of videos I watched!!! Hallelujah 🎉
yay!
Definitely going to try this next time I do the baby’s hair 😊
🖤🖤🖤🖤
FYI, I googled how to cornrow your own hair and AI recommended your video! It says: try this video that uses fingers to demonstrate a bird feeding technique to help you get the rythym of cornrowing.
NO WAY!!! what!! that's amazing, scary and kind of cool lol glad you found it either way!
Thank you!
Non toxic and doesn’t have cancer causing agents.. never mind itching… non toxic ingredients is what NEEDS to be highlighted 👍
Hello! Thanks for doing this video. It says that you have 7 comments, but for some reason, it won't let me see them. Just thought I'd let you know.
i still don't fully understand these settings lol
Well done!!👏🏽👏🏽🔥🔥🔥
thank you so much!
Hello, i cant locate the hair you used 😢
not even amazon???
Amazing tutorial. This is the first time it has clicked for me what I was doing wrong.
i'm so glad it helped!
Thank you so much
🔥❤️👑
Hi I’m the lady that interrupted your meal in Atlantic City to complement your fro. Great tutorial!
awww hiiii!!!
Love your posts, appreciate you
thank you for checking it out!!
BY FAR the best tutorial I have seen! I just wasn't understanding how to position my hands, but as you are passing all 3 strands off to one side I can see now how to more easily pick up more hair! I appreciate you breaking it down like this!!
thank you for watching!
🔥 beautiful work! ❤
😁
I think it may feel like burlap
YES! that is a perfect description!
🤍✨🩷
Definitely helped. Going to try this on my own hair. Will take me awhile since this will be my first time trying it out. Great job explaining it though. U explained it to where we could understand it well
It cost too much. I also which they had a marley hair version.
now i think a marley would be awesome for plant based
How many packs did you use?
two!
Beautiful and Great Tutorial! ❤
thank you for watching!
