this new system is not working it works on my phone but not on my computer, I deleted cookies. Im not have I needed to pay my bills. Been trying this for a few days. even left call back number and never got a call

This is not helpful.. Have not been able to log onto my accounts, even though I've deleted cookies, created new passwords, did not log on from "my favorites" and everything you have to do with this "new update." Aaaand, it's been almost 2 weeks. So frustrating !! I've called twice and they just keep telling me it's on my end and I might need to come in. NOT convenient.

I cannot log on to my account. It said that it no longer supported the IE browser. Fine, I tried to log on thru chrome. The new website has NO online login tab. Instead "online banking" directed me to a youtube video which talks about everything but how to log into my account. How do you log into the online banking thru a PC? Please Please Please help...

I have not been able to get in my bank account all week WTH is going on? Every day I am waiting on the phone line for more than 30 minutes, so I went and opened another bank account, you cannot leave people hanging wanting to kn0w what's going on with their money!
Hi Leliu,With the conversion to the new system, unfortunately the online banking system needed to be down to transfer all information securely over. As of yesterday, our systems were back up. There have been some sign on issues, and we apologize if this was your case. This has caused longer than usual hold times. The phone lines are busy when I try to log on they say that my information isn`t correct and if you log on one more time I will be locked out completely..so I am hoping that the line will be clear so that I can find out why??? my log info is wrong...
