You should take in the thousands of hours of information - much of it from highly trained experts - on this topic, right here on RUclips, and then come back and delete this video. Do the right thing. This may be for everyone, but it is like a miracle for people the science so far available appears amazing, and the anecdotal stories from the thousands weighing in, in the comments everywhere, it has been the best thing they have ever done for themselves as far as their health is concerned.
Thank you for your passionate feedback! I completely understand where you're coming from, especially with the wealth of information and expert opinions available on platforms like RUclips. We always aim to provide a balanced perspective on any health topic, but I recognize that personal experiences and the impressive results many have seen with the carnivore diet are incredibly valuable too. The goal of this video was to explore the science, both for and against, and open up dialogue. I’m always open to learning more, so I appreciate your suggestion to dive deeper into the extensive research and testimonials. There’s always room for improvement, and your input will definitely help shape future content to ensure we’re offering the most informed, well-rounded views. Thanks again for your thoughts, and I hope we can continue to evolve with the feedback from our viewers!
LMAO, the only thing missing from this 9 minutes of ignorance is a Kelloggs sponsorship.
Excellent comment!
I hear you, and it sounds like the video didn’t resonate with your perspective on the topic. We aim to create balanced content, but it seems like this one missed the mark for you. Your feedback is valuable, and I’ll definitely take it into consideration for future videos. The goal is to keep improving, so thanks for keeping it real!

I appreciate your honesty! It sounds like you found certain parts of the video less valuable or not as aligned with your expectations after the first few minutes. We aim to provide well-rounded content, but if there’s something specific you’d like to see more or less of, let me know! Your feedback helps us improve and deliver content that resonates better with our audience. Thanks for sticking with it and sharing your thoughts!
None of the food shots are carnivore.
Thanks for your feedback! It sounds like you'd prefer more carnivore-focused visuals. For future videos, we’ll definitely aim to include more meat-centric images to better align with the carnivore diet theme. I also have a range of stock images featuring both high-quality meats and animal products, so we can strike the right balance. That said, we like to show a variety of visuals to appeal to different dietary preferences, but I hear you! Expect to see more of those delicious meat-heavy shots in upcoming content. Thanks for your input-it really helps us improve!
Plants do not have over 15 micronutrients. Meat has it all. Regarding the "lack of essential nutrients" fiber is not an essential nutrient and is not needed for digestive health. Fat and water will keep you regular. Vitamin C is found in meat, along with the others you mentioned. Vitamin C is found in all animal products in small amounts, but the reason carnivores do not get scurvy is because when you are not eating carbohydrates or eating very little then the glucose is not competing with the vitamin C because they transport through the same path. This means you need much less vitamin C on a carnivore/ketogenic diet. The research between cholesterol and saturated fats linking to heart disease is complicated. It certainly isn't true, many including myself see a decrease in LDL cholesterol, while their HDL cholesterol goes up and their triglycerides goes down. That's what's important. I'm not on carnivore anymore, rather I am on an animal-based diet so like a big majority of my diet is animal products. Processed meat definitely can have problems. You're completely right about the social problems, it's hard. High protein diets are not bad for your kidneys, REAL carnivores eat high-fat and not high-protein.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts! You bring up some solid points about the Carnivore and animal-based diets, particularly regarding micronutrients, cholesterol, and the challenges of balancing nutrition with lifestyle. I agree with you that high-quality animal products can be an important part of a healthy diet-especially when they’re sourced from ethical farms that avoid hormones, GMOs, and processed meats. However, while it’s true that fiber isn’t classified as an essential nutrient, many studies support its role in gut health and the microbiome, which influences everything from digestion to immune function. Plus, whole plant foods provide a variety of antioxidants, polyphenols, and other bioactive compounds that play a role in long-term health and disease prevention-something animal-based diets might miss. On the topic of vitamin C, you’re right that the needs change when carbs are minimized, but getting enough nutrients from a diverse diet is still important. I think the best approach is finding balance: incorporating nutrient-dense plant foods along with good-quality meat and eggs. I personally recommend sourcing from local farmers, where you can find pasture-raised meats and those beautiful deep-orange yolks from eggs. That way, you’re getting the most nutritious versions of these foods without the downsides of industrial farming. The cholesterol debate is definitely complex, and like you said, HDL and triglycerides matter more than just focusing on LDL. It’s great to hear that your numbers improved on an animal-based diet. I think it’s all about personalizing your diet to what works best for your body while keeping an eye on long-term health. Appreciate the dialogue-it’s important to stay informed from both sides!

The fact that the covid “vaccines” drugs quite obviously failed to offer immunity to anything, renders the term "anti vax" moot.
If covid “vaccines” demonstrably save lives then the notion of that an 'anti vaccination movement' exists is somewhat paradoxical. Presumably, this 'movement' is in a continual state of scrambling around recruiting new members to replace the hordes of them who are dying due to being unvaccinated - and yet being unvaccinated is their core raison d'etre? What a curious situation.
I think the music makes it hard to learn about what you’re trying to teach.
Can you take it without a uterus
Yes, Dong Quai (Angelica sinensis) can be taken even if you don't have a uterus. Dong Quai is a traditional Chinese herb often used to support women's health, particularly for menstrual and menopausal symptoms, but its potential benefits extend beyond the uterus. Here are some considerations: Potential Benefits of Dong Quai Without a Uterus: Menopause Support: Even without a uterus, people who have gone through menopause may experience symptoms like hot flashes, mood swings, and hormonal imbalances. Dong Quai is often used as a natural remedy for menopause-related symptoms, as it may have mild estrogen-like effects. Bone Health: Some studies suggest that Dong Quai might help improve bone density, which can be beneficial after menopause when bone loss is more common. Circulatory and Anti-inflammatory Effects: Dong Quai is traditionally used to support circulation and reduce inflammation, which may benefit overall health regardless of reproductive organs. Energy and Vitality: It's also used as a general tonic in Traditional Chinese Medicine to boost energy and improve vitality, which can be useful for anyone. Precautions: Estrogenic Activity: Dong Quai has weak estrogen-like effects. If you have any hormone-sensitive conditions (like breast cancer, for instance), it’s best to consult a healthcare provider before taking it. Blood Thinning: Dong Quai can have blood-thinning properties, so it might interact with blood-thinning medications or conditions affecting clotting. In summary, Dong Quai can still provide potential health benefits even without a uterus, especially for hormonal balance, bone health, and circulation. However, it's important to consult with a healthcare provider, particularly if you have any underlying health concerns or are on medication.

Can it help eliminate uterine polyps or fibroids?
Dong Quai is not scientifically proven to directly eliminate uterine polyps or fibroids. While it is widely used in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) for various women's health issues, its effectiveness in treating or shrinking polyps or fibroids has not been conclusively demonstrated in clinical studies. Fibroids and Polyps: Uterine Fibroids: These are benign tumors made of muscle tissue that develop in the uterus. While they can cause symptoms like heavy periods, pain, and pressure, their growth is often related to hormone levels, particularly estrogen. Uterine Polyps: These are overgrowths of the uterine lining (endometrium) and can cause abnormal bleeding. Like fibroids, they may also be influenced by hormonal imbalances. Dong Quai and Uterine Conditions: Hormonal Regulation: Dong Quai is sometimes used to help regulate hormones and promote healthy blood flow, which could be helpful in managing symptoms related to hormonal imbalances, such as irregular periods or menstrual cramps. However, its mild estrogenic activity means it might not be ideal for shrinking fibroids or polyps, which can sometimes grow in response to estrogen. Improved Circulation: Dong Quai is thought to improve circulation, which may alleviate symptoms like pain or cramping associated with these conditions but doesn't necessarily address the root cause (growth of fibroids or polyps). Natural Remedies and Fibroid/Polyp Management: While Dong Quai alone is unlikely to eliminate uterine polyps or fibroids, it is sometimes included in TCM or herbal blends intended to support overall uterine health. That said, the management of fibroids and polyps typically requires more targeted treatments, such as: Hormonal Therapies: To reduce the size or slow the growth of fibroids or polyps. Surgical Options: For more severe cases, surgery like hysteroscopy (for polyps) or myomectomy (for fibroids) might be necessary. Diet and Lifestyle: Some evidence suggests that lifestyle factors (like reducing red meat consumption and maintaining a healthy weight) may help manage fibroids. Conclusion: Dong Quai may help alleviate some symptoms related to hormonal imbalances or improve blood flow, but it is unlikely to directly eliminate uterine polyps or fibroids. For these conditions, a more comprehensive treatment plan, often involving medical or surgical options, is typically recommended. Always consult with a healthcare professional for personalized advice and treatment.
There are several herbs that are commonly suggested in natural medicine for helping to manage uterine fibroids or polyps, particularly by addressing hormonal imbalances, reducing inflammation, or supporting overall uterine health. However, it's important to note that while some herbs may provide symptom relief or potentially slow the growth of fibroids or polyps, they are not a guaranteed cure or substitute for conventional treatments. Herbs for Managing Fibroids and Polyps: Here are some of the most commonly recommended herbs that are believed to help with these conditions: 1. Vitex (Chasteberry): How it works: Vitex is one of the most well-known herbs for balancing hormones, particularly by modulating the production of progesterone and lowering estrogen dominance, which is often linked to the growth of fibroids and polyps. Benefits: It may help regulate menstrual cycles, reduce heavy bleeding, and alleviate symptoms related to fibroids or polyps. 2. Turmeric: How it works: The active compound in turmeric, curcumin, has potent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. There is some research suggesting that curcumin might inhibit the growth of fibroid cells in vitro (in lab studies). Benefits: It may help reduce inflammation and inhibit the growth of fibroids, though more human studies are needed to confirm this. 3. Green Tea (Epigallocatechin Gallate, EGCG): How it works: EGCG is a powerful antioxidant found in green tea, and research has shown that it may help reduce the size of uterine fibroids by inhibiting the growth of fibroid cells and reducing inflammation. Benefits: Green tea extract is one of the few herbal remedies with some scientific evidence supporting its use in reducing the size of fibroids. 4. Milk Thistle (Silybum marianum): How it works: Milk thistle helps support liver function, which can assist in the detoxification of excess estrogen. Since estrogen dominance is linked to the growth of fibroids and polyps, improving liver health may help balance hormone levels. Benefits: It may be useful for hormone-related conditions by promoting healthy estrogen metabolism. 5. Black Cohosh: How it works: Black cohosh is often used to balance hormones and manage symptoms related to menopause and menstrual irregularities. It may help reduce estrogen levels, which can, in turn, help slow the growth of estrogen-sensitive fibroids. Benefits: It may help reduce heavy bleeding and cramps related to fibroids or polyps. 6. Red Clover: How it works: Red clover contains phytoestrogens, which are plant compounds that mimic estrogen but are much weaker than the body's natural estrogen. It may help balance estrogen levels by occupying estrogen receptors, thus reducing the activity of stronger estrogen in the body. Benefits: It may help balance hormones and reduce fibroid-related symptoms. 7. Dandelion Root: How it works: Dandelion root supports liver function and aids in the detoxification of excess hormones, particularly estrogen. This can help with estrogen dominance, a key factor in fibroid and polyp growth. Benefits: It may promote hormonal balance and reduce fibroid growth over time. 8. Ashwagandha: How it works: Ashwagandha is an adaptogen that helps the body cope with stress. Stress can lead to hormonal imbalances, including estrogen dominance, which can fuel the growth of fibroids and polyps. Benefits: While not directly related to shrinking fibroids, ashwagandha may help balance hormones by supporting adrenal health and reducing the negative effects of chronic stress. 9. Reishi Mushroom: How it works: Reishi has anti-inflammatory and immune-boosting properties. In some traditional medicine systems, it is believed to help regulate the immune system and reduce the growth of abnormal tissues, including fibroids. Benefits: Its anti-inflammatory effects may help reduce fibroid size and symptoms, although more clinical evidence is needed. 10. Ginger: How it works: Ginger has strong anti-inflammatory properties and can help relieve pain and inflammation associated with fibroids and polyps. Benefits: It may help reduce heavy menstrual bleeding and alleviate symptoms of fibroids. Precautions: Herbal treatments work gradually: Herbal remedies often take time to show effects, and their efficacy varies from person to person. They should be used as part of a broader strategy, including dietary and lifestyle changes. Consult a healthcare provider: If you have fibroids or polyps, it is important to consult a healthcare provider before beginning any herbal regimen, especially if you are pregnant, trying to conceive, or on other medications. Herbs can interact with medications or worsen certain conditions. Track your symptoms: Regular monitoring of fibroids or polyps is important to ensure that they are not growing or causing severe symptoms. Other Non-Herbal Approaches: Along with herbs, some women manage fibroids and polyps through: Dietary changes (reducing processed foods, limiting red meat, increasing fruits and vegetables, etc.). Exercise and weight management to balance hormones. Supplements, such as Vitamin D, Omega-3 fatty acids, and Magnesium. While herbal remedies may support symptom relief and hormone balance, it's important to work closely with your healthcare provider to develop a personalized treatment plan for fibroids or polyps, especially in more severe cases.
Indeed, watching them melt away within 48 hours felt so good, and yes, I used what I mentioned the other day. It actually took a bit more to make them totally disappear, I just go’ogled Melissa Thanderski and the pain unexpectedly disappeared so quickly.
How is it used?
Agreed, watching how the hems practically melted away within 48 hours, feels so good lol, I used what I talked about the other day, well it actually took about 72 hours for them to totally shrink and disappear, I just go’ogled Melissa Thanderski and the relief is so worth it.

Is it safe for liver, kidneys is it for short,or longterm use??
Dong Quai and Liver/Kidney Safety: Dong Quai (Angelica sinensis) has been widely used in traditional Chinese medicine for centuries, primarily for women's health, blood circulation, and hormone regulation. However, like any herb, it’s important to consider potential effects on major organs, particularly the liver and kidneys. Liver Safety: Generally Safe: Dong Quai is generally considered safe for the liver when used at recommended doses. It has not been strongly associated with liver toxicity in most cases, and there is no widespread evidence suggesting that it causes liver damage in healthy individuals. Caution in Pre-Existing Liver Conditions: If someone has a pre-existing liver condition (e.g., hepatitis, cirrhosis), it is always best to consult a healthcare provider before taking Dong Quai. Some herbal remedies can interact with liver metabolism, so caution is advised. Kidney Safety: No Known Direct Toxicity: There is no substantial evidence suggesting that Dong Quai negatively affects kidney function when used at appropriate doses. However, similar to the liver, if there is a pre-existing kidney condition or if you're taking medications that affect kidney function, consult your healthcare provider before use. Short-Term vs. Long-Term Use: Short-Term Use: Dong Quai is commonly used in short-term protocols, especially for menstrual cycle regulation or relief from menopausal symptoms. In these cases, use for 1-3 months is typically safe and well-tolerated. Long-Term Use: There is less data on the safety of long-term use of Dong Quai (over 6 months). While it is used long-term in traditional medicine, caution should be exercised. Extended use may increase the risk of side effects, particularly in those sensitive to hormonal changes. If you plan to take Dong Quai for an extended period, regular check-ups with your healthcare provider to monitor liver and kidney function would be a good precaution. Potential Side Effects: Blood Thinning: Dong Quai has blood-thinning properties and can increase the risk of bleeding, particularly if combined with other blood-thinning medications (e.g., warfarin) or herbs (e.g., ginkgo, garlic). Hormonal Effects: Since it has mild estrogen-like effects, prolonged use might affect hormone-sensitive conditions (like breast cancer or endometriosis). Consult your doctor if you have any of these conditions. Photosensitivity: It can make the skin more sensitive to sunlight, so sun protection is important during prolonged use. Summary: Liver and Kidneys: Dong Quai is generally considered safe for the liver and kidneys when used in recommended doses for short to moderate durations. However, caution should be exercised with pre-existing liver or kidney conditions, and regular monitoring is advised during prolonged use. Short-Term Use: Safe and commonly used for short periods (1-3 months) to manage menstrual or menopausal symptoms. Long-Term Use: While long-term use has been part of traditional practices, it is advised to consult a healthcare provider for extended use beyond 6 months to avoid potential side effects. As always, it’s important to monitor your health and consult a healthcare provider to ensure that Dong Quai is safe for your specific circumstances, especially if you plan to use it for a long time or in conjunction with other treatments.
