Good job. It’s is amazing how a few minutes of eye drills can help calm down stress and refocus your mind on the tasks at hand.
@@valeriesomma6127 thanks you Val🙏😊
This is so fascinating. I know color-blindness is more prevalent with men. When I was an art teacher I could tell with very young children that they were color blind. It is great that Joe is getting help with this.
@@MKelly-j8n Yes, that’s true! It’s pretty remarkable that our brains can make these connections even if they have been under activated for a lifetime. Thank you so much for posting!
❤ thanks for what you do. It takes a lot of courage to be vulnerable like that. I'm amped to join the warrior class!
Thank you🥰 can’t wait to see you there!
OOh, the inner ear of a cockroach. #goalzzzz
Yaaaaasssss🔥🪳
How long does it last in the fridge?
I believe 1-2 weeks in the fridge
Good one.
Stick to avacado oil. That way your mayo wont taste like a frosting with outnthe sugar
Avocado oil is higher in polyunsaturated fats so I prefer the fractionated coconut oil over the avocado oil
The many awesome layers to this interview make it important for everyone to see!
Coconut oil in baking & pancakes makes it extra soft & smooth.
Jean was a superstar!
She really was💚🙏
Fantastically simple, thank you
So glad you liked it! Thank you for commenting!
Great video!
Thank you so much! 🙏
@@neuro_train thank you for all your hard work and dedication 💪🧠
😎👍🏻
Thank you!
You never see coconut oil based mayos even at health food stores so weird. Looks good
Great! Can’t wait to learn more about pain and what I can do about minimizing it! Love you three!🙏🏻❤️🤗
Thank you Jean! We love you too!
Fantastic! I’m a lifer too!! See you in class! ❤️
Awesome Jean! We'll see you in class!
Thanks ladiies!!
Our pleasure! Thanks so much for watching!
Doesn’t it solidify in the fridge? Coconut oil is solid
Hi! No, it is made with fractionated coconut oil which stays liquid at cooler temperatures
Good to see that there’s more people aware of polyunsaturated fatty acids! Thanks for the video bro
Thank you for the comment!
I love this mayonnaise. But, making it freaks me out. For some reason, emulsifying takes for.ev.ar for me. Should the egg be room temp? Any other tricks or reason why it might take so long?
Hey Kelly, not sure why the blending would take forever, are you using an emulsifier (stick blender)? Perhaps the oil was added too fast? I’ve noticed had the Mayo take long once you start mixing. Are using lemon or vinegar in your mix?
@@neuro_train thanks for the help - I do use a stick blender (and your idea of using it in a jar has opened the door for lots of other blending!), with lemon, and it takes like 10-15 minutes-- the blender gets all hot (thus the freak out). I end up stopping to rest everyone and usually when I come back to it, things emulsify within a couple of minutes. I DID learn early on not to put in all the oil at once! So now I might be overly cautious? I whip the egg, etc, and slowly add a Tbl or 2 of oil but then it takes 10 mins or so for the end product. Maybe I try it in my vitamix??
Same thing happened to me and I am pretty sure I added the oil too fast. I fixed it by adding another egg. So don't give up! If your batch starts failing add another raw egg.
So does this mayo made with liquid coconut oil not become solid in the fridge?
It does not become solid when you put it in the fridge.
Don is the best!
Great Erin and Melinda! Informative and you made it look so easy!!!
Jean Simmons thanks Jean!
