Thank you Pastor Johnny for that wonderful message. If I hadn't scrolled down my subscriptions on you tube tonight, I wouldn't have learned of Pastor Mike's passing. I am so sorry for your loss Pastor Johnny. I believe he and my Mother have probably bumped into one another. And he probably got a hug!! You are a marvelous Pastor. You have come a long way. 13 months later Abby suffered a massive brain bleed. She died 10 days later. During her final days she made it clear, even without words, that she trusted God completely.

Thank you this just made my day. I miss her but I’m happy she’s in heaven because she did with God asked her to do she showed people sue her cancer. The God is real.

The word christian is a general term Describes anyone from a catholic to A protestant Elect is the scriptural term!

Like many, many, many others things, Keller gets this wrong. You don’t become a Christian in a “process”. Salvation is a one time occurrence, while sanctification is a lifelong process. 2 Corinthians 4:16 Ephesians 1:13 Galatians 2:20

Yes, he's correct. Though I don't agree with Tim on everything, but he's right about this. It's normal and even healthy for someone to hear and be convinced after the Holy Spirit speaking multiple times about the truth of the Gospel.

The title is totally deceiving. How to make the decision to become A Chrisitian is "the process" but actual conversion is instant & that of God not their idea.

What is really interesting about all he said is that is simple not in the Bible. The Gospel is very simple; you are not a good person, therefore you need some one good and that is Jesus; repent and believe. What this clip shows about Dr. Keller, is a very deep fear of man. Please read Galatians 1:10.

Interesting presentation. I agree and disagree. I agree that becoming aware of who and what we are in Christ is a process, but the transition from death to life happened for everyone before the foundation of the world in the heart and mind of God, and it was actualized or brought from heaven into earth when Jesus rose from the dead. When He died, ALL died with and in Him, and when He rose, ALL rose in and with Him. Same end result but a person is saved when Jesus saved him/her at the cross and they experience it when the awakening or revelation comes about who they are.

How do I know? Because the Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God. Who is your witness? The letter of the Word in scriptures? But he is a Jew ( or gentile), which is one inwardly; in the spirit, and not of the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God. Read 1 Cor. 2: 1-16 to see who I am who's leaving this comment. Especially verse 15. But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man! Of course what I'm saying comes out of my flesh body's mouth, but it is coming from Christ's Spirit, the Holy Spirit that resides in me! Gal. 2:20; I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live (by the faith of the Son of God), who loved me, and gave himself for me!!! Of course all apostate churches are being called, ( by the hearing of the Word ) are disciples, ( are a learner, pupil, student ) does not say or mean that you have been saved. It's more like the verse that says, many are called but few are chosen!!! That goes the same as when the disciples started to be called first Christians, (a follower of Christ) in Antioch in Acts 11:26. Anyway, wolves in sheep clothing were able to enter unknowingly into flocks of disciples as early as in the first century of the Church Age. So logically thinking until today where is the true Church? The Spiritual Church. This is not my opinion but warning the disciples back then by the apostle Peter and Paul.
