Ye Bahut poor work hai. Miti ke upar Steel bar rakha gaya hai.
Bhai ye Plinth Beam Nahin hai. Ye Ground Beam hai. Floor Level me jo Beam hoti hai usko Plinth Beam kaha jata hai. Plinth Beam Building ke outer border ko chhod kar andar area me raheta hai. Ground Beam Building ke outer border me Ground Level par raheta hai.
