Am I the only one who really doesn't care? Tbf I don't have Argenti but I use Huohuo almost every battle and mostly I maybe wish she had a litttttle more of the OG scared warble in her voice but it's a tiny detail
@@concerninghobbits5536 tbh it’s good you don’t care but for most people voice acting is one of the main selling point for characters especially for English users for me it just feels completely off ngl with Argenti but with HuoHuo it is some tiny details tbh
@@Zwirl I absolutely understand and agree with that. And Argenti did seem more different but I also don't use him beyond trial characters so I don't have as much attachment to him. I guess for me it does but also doesn't matter. Like I enjoy the voice acting in these games but I'm not as attached to the details. I am sad for the VAs though :(
New Tail va is literally unoticible in everything but the x2 speed ult, you know, the thing you hear the most, it feels so off there, but the regular speed ult sounds borderline the same
I took a month break and came back thinking, “Huh. I’ve been gone so long that I can’t even recognize Huo Huo’s voice anymore.” IT WAS BOTHERING ME SO MUCH. I WASN’T CRAZY. That’s sad. I loved her OG VA.

As someone who has been using Huohuo and Argenti since they came out.... Ah, no. I don't feel the joy anymore while playing them. The new voices have the right tone, but the wrong heart. There are no emotions ñ. ZERO. The worst change ever. I do really hope that they realize about that and recorded it, again, cuz this doesn't not work.
Hopefully, I don't own any of them but I've always admired boss Argenti voice lines and these ones just straight up don't hit the same at all

@@Void_Ooof he always goes back to 3 stacks yes but these 3 don’t follow up on next wave immediately they just patiently wait their turn also since they did talk about it and it’s currently listed in known issues and will be patched soon no I wasn’t tweaking

Anyone knows why VA's changed?
Nobody knows so far all we know is its the 1.5 voice actors affected only everything else is guess work, neither did the voicer actors publicly state anything closest thing we got is from Adam Micheal gold which is this: x.com/AdamGoldVO/status/1818033375464329719
New Argenti is actually fine for most lines. But the skill and ult kinda missed it. And those you hear the most. Argenti boss is bleak though.
100% honestly what upset me was the boss I always admired his boss voicelines and when I logged on this patch and went to MoC 12 I immediately noticed difference and was displeased

In general him over killing was such a big problem since he takes too long to gain his stacks and it’s big shame to waste it all on 1 bird or something

Bro I lost the 50/50 for Ruan Mei to Bronya I have firefly but I don't have Ruan mei bro I saw the harmony Icon and I was soooo happy for like one second then my smile disappeared
ahaha I know the feeling where you see the icon YESSSS then you see character and jts NOOOO (not in this video tho lol)
You could argue in the clips where lightning lord didn't save stacks for next wave maybe he spent them all but I had scenarios where 2 hits with lightning lord would finish the entire wave and keep overkilling, this is most consistent once there are more than 3 stacks remaining and at the start of a NEW WAVE not enemies casually spawning Thanks for watching.

i'm kinda of a new player, but i can't tell exactly the difference in comparison, i do feel a different tone tho, like a different personality
welp. I really loved Huohuo's original voice acting. This just isn't it. feels bad, maybe I'll switch to JP dub now... she was my first 5 star sustain so she's been on every single team I've played since I got adventurine/gallagher and even since then I still her use about half the time. Going to miss the old VA
The thing is they could have at least studied their characters and added some flair. Old VA’s didn’t have such an advantage.

I was going to pull HuoHuo, but this just convinced me not to. Courtney Lin is and always will be the superior HuoHuo.
100% agree I was always interested in pulling Argenti and it was mostly due to his voice but well now thats gone ( I know he was on banner recently but come on don't put him next to Yunlin HuoHuo Sparkle Feixiao)
Kinda weird how a voice actor will decide which character you want. I've been using her since she came out and noticed the change and thought i was having hearing problems(didnt know about the change in VAs), but to be honest it isn't that huge. What truly disappointed me was Argenti 😭

It's never as simple as "we fired them just because" it probably was a conflict with their agencies and the studio. Hoyo doesn't manually cast EN actors.

Genshin side where?? The only recast genshin did was when a VA was caught (allegedly) as a groomer. There's also the Barbara and beta Lisa thing, but that was not a recast

@@Zwirl If you had targeted any of his towers, you could have reset Firefly's turns and broken Argenti before Firefly's ult ended. It's a E2 Firefly mechanic extremely useful in SU and DU and even in this event

Yea I didn’t know the ATK she gives firefly doesn’t get converted to more break effect which is sad Infact I just learned this rn

@@navyasmoon correct she does need attack and that's why I thought Ruan Mei E2 would be amazing with her but unfortunately the ATK Ruan Mei grants Firefly does not get converted into Break effect for some reason it increases the damage just as normal attack but 0 break effect increase.
@@navyasmoon Ruan mei E2 cannot be converted to BE because ruan mei doesn't actually increase team ATK. Instead, she modifies the internal DMG directly. So any support ATK buff on her is useless and won't be converted because most ATK buffs happen on the internal DMG, only her artifacts count
