Well unfortunately for me mine went out and I have a 2001 s10 and unfortunately for me to do it right I would have to take apart half of my truck the entire dashboard half of everything underneath the hood on the firewall probably the seats and hundreds of screws and bolts and probably a dozen or more wire connectors or so as well if not more as well as the front passenger side tire not sure why and part of the steering column the instrument panel the glove box and everything behind it just to get access to it to change it out and about 12-15 hours of work at least that's what everyone in every other video about it that I've seen here on RUclips has said... so ya I'm going to have to bypass it because I don't have the money for a shop or the experience and knowledge or time to accomplish it by myself.. now the early ones from the 90's and back you could just go up underneath the dashboard behind the glove box and remove it without having to dismantle everything 10 minutes in and out and your done but for some strange reason GM engineering had a brain fart and decided to change everything up and now everything is difficult and complicated at times at least for me depending on the situation and or the part....

A conduction travel outside sparkplug and got into the engine block interfere with ecu.
